I love this shop. Beautiful clothes that are unique. Customer service is excellent and so friendly. If you want an outfit that you won't see everyone wearing this is the place to go.

I would like to start by stating that I have never written a negative review. However, events transpired today that have forced me to write about my experience at Deborah James in Fort Lauderdale location. In March of this year, I bought a dress for my stepdaughter wedding in November.I realize it was a bit early, but I felt I had found the perfect dress and did not want to miss the opportunity (the dress was above $800).Yesterday, when I got the dress from my closet for the first time, I noticed that the silk was tearing. This dress has NEVER been worm. I went to the store and explain what happen. I was told there was nothing they could do, except give me a $50 coupon.This is unacceptable as it does not come even remotely close to the value of the dress and the vendor should assume some responsibility over the quality of its product.I want to share my customer service experience.

Had the most amazing experience at Deborah James... really qualified and helpful staff....Liz is the best! (not someone to stroke your ego, I mean that she tells the truth)...Helped me pick out beautiful outfits that I'll wear for years.... I would really recommend this boutique to locals and out-of-towners. Just a unique experience. Quality clothing....
