Today I received the worse customer service from Emily at the CVS on Stirling Rd . This Pharmacy used to be good, not anymore.

?Hideous attitude and worse level of professionalism. AVOID this pharmacy at all costs.‼️
I called to verify if they were able to fill my prescription to find that they had the medication. Upon arrival, the pharmacist on shift (07MAR24, 3:30PM) dismissively affirmed not having the medication in a derogatory manner, bluntly demonstrating a lack of willingness to engage with my concerns as a patient/customer, notably evading direct eye contact.

Item availability incorrect. Called multiple times and didn’t get an answer. Employee at the resister was on her phone and had an attitude.

Please do something about picking up your phones in pharmacy called on Sunday and rang for an hour and nobody picks up. This is typical for this CVS location and it’s such a waste of customers’ time.

I can never get ahold of them through the phone. It either keeps ringing, rings & goes to voice-mail or they answer then hang up. I have to stop what I am doing to come out of my way to have them put my prescription in. Then I get there and I still have to wait or come back because nothing has been put it. So frustrating. I understand they're short staffed, but I don't think multi tasking is a thing with them. Yes, you're busy with filling medications and helping people in front of you, but you have others on the phone as well. I worked customer service & it's like times today, everyone lacks the importance of their job.

My wife and, I go into this CVS to get my wife's prescription and get the biggest attitude from the girl working in the pharmacy. We get there at 2:45pm after they said it would be ready at 2:35pm. Then after the girl working in the pharmacy with the pink and, black frame glasses catches a attitude with my sick wife, she hides the prescription from the man that is counting the medicine so it will take longer.

My daughter got out of the hospital tue. afternoon with a prescription, we dropped it off at 3pm. to a blonde pharmacy tech.who briskly asked is tomorrow ok? Sure fine. Wed. at 9:15am we went back William told us no one had put the prescription in the system, they will have it at 1:30, so my daughter ended up going back to the hospital. Now fri. afternoon I hope she'll be home tomorrow and I stopped to pick it up. I'm 3rd in line. The man who is first they can't find his medication , and we are alternating with the drive-thru, the next person was lucky enough to get 2 prescriptions. It's my turn , we can't find your prescription, luckily William the blonde and I are all there, and I got to tell this story in front of 10 people the line has gotten to be now. So we have what looks like 100 papers we're going to look through. This is where my patience ended, I got my card still no medicine. If you really need your medicine never go to this pharmacy. It's sad they don't take peoples health more seriously.

My name is María Elena dumenigo CVS pharmacy in the pharmacy area and the worst of all is that the girl looks Hispanic and I spoke to her in English because the obnoxious person who was there today spoke in English I went to pick up my contraceptive pill today because I work until 7 at night and the woman is so hateful, she said that the pills were there but she couldn't give them to me because they had already closed my advice for you lady, I work in customer service and I'm not as despicable as you and I spoke to him in a good way if I get pregnant it will be his fault I even showed him the code that they had given me I even work at Estrella insurance car insurance and so you are a minute late to pay the insurance we must take care of you like kings or queens And it seems to me that this is how the service should be, not how I have been treated today, but I wish you all the blessing in the world and in case you don't know my urgency, it is because I lost pregnancy 2 years ago and I don't want to experience the same situation and it is sad but I I wish with all my heart blessings and a nice day. Even the light in the back was on and he didn't feel like going back to look for it. That's not a lot of work and he hadn't even turned off the computer, but God is going to pay you sooner or later.
