Horrible customer service by pharmacist..refused to fill a doctor's order because she believed it was inappropriate...she wouldn't talk to me in private and stood far from service desk making me yell my private information across room ...she was asking from far away for me to give her my name and date of birth...then refused to give me her name and or license information so I could file a complaint....finally wrote down her name which didn't produce any results on license verification website for state of Florida...FAKE NAME...I wish I didn't ever have to go back here but my insurance requires I use CVS

This location is in a retail plaza along A1A and the Galt Ocean Mile. You can access it from either side. It is a normal CVS with beach goods due to its location. The pharmacy is busy, Angel who works the pharmacy pick up does a great job, he is both patient and professional.

I never, ever write reviews but the customer service here is atrocious. Samantha in the pharmacy is incompetent and careless and should not be working in customer service. I went in to get a script filled in desperation before needing to leave for a trip and she claims she couldn’t fill it because it hadn’t been 24 hours. This was 7 minutes before they closed early for New Years. I don’t have the option to pick up the script in the morning because I’m leaving tonight to a different country and she refused to fill it. I talked to the manager and he attempted to talk to her and even the manager couldn’t talk her into having common human decency and reason. Hire people who do their job CVS.

Medication is consistently late, if that was the only issue I would give 3 stars. But this CVS goes for the gold by ensuring every interaction is peppered with attitude, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of urgency.

It genuinely takes over an hour to wait in line to pick up my prescriptions at this pharmacy. They don’t order the medication when they are asked to. It’s an extremely stressful experience every time.They are so understaffed, it’s not even the fault of the employees at this location - they are working their tails off - it’s CVS who literally has no employees here. CVS should be ashamed and embarrassed.

Terrible. The worst ever. They do not care about customers. They say “you have to wait,” even if you have been waiting a while, and there are no other customers there.

This is the worst cvs in Florida. They are unorganized. They text when your prescriptions are ready and when you get there you have to wait 1 hr. They always have the wrong insurance. Save time drive to another pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy!Short staffed, very inexperienced, they never pick up the phone & if they do they put you on hold forever. Always a super long line when you pick up the pharmacy, and same issue with the drive through pick-up. Always a hassle & very frustrating. I called shop CVS, and reported this. I waited forever (30 plus minutes to be exact), and when she answered the phone she had no idea how to put in a complaint. She said someone would call me back in 48 hours, and it has now been four days, and I have not received a call back. I will not be returning to this location!I would like to compliment Fay, the cashier, she was helpful, competent, and professional. I do not use self-service machines and there were many customers and complaining about the lack-of "service". Fay did her best to assist everyone. This CVS is short staffed and everyone, for the most part, dislikes using a machine especially when there are issues when checking out on them.
