. An old man with dark blond hair and a mustache has an attitude with me and talked bad about me and my family thinking we don’t know english. Very rude and decided he wouldn’t attend us saying we take his time ,we are customers ,why work in customer service if you have no patience.

Daisy who seems to have recently started working there is always rushing customers out before it’s even 10:55pm, claiming the lights automatically turn off before 11. One time I almost got refused entry when it was only 10:53. If she doesn’t like working the shift hours she’s assigned maybe she should consider switching to day time or finding another job. Never been to a CVS who chases their customers away like that

Can’t expect much from a pharmacy, but this CVS is something else. The employees give you a hard time, and there’s no self checkout! Their photo services are always down too! The location doesn’t feel safe whatsoever! Please avoid this location at all costs!

I'm guessing I wasn't Spanish speaking and I was over looked 🤔🧐 I walked in and there was 4 associates standing there taking I stood at the counter waiting for assistance when one of the associates came behind the counter she started working ignoring me standing there I'm Hello you don't see me she replied oh you need help 🤦♀️ then the phone rings and she automatically picks it up without saying excuse me or anything 😤😡 there is more but I left without purchasing what I came for. Customer Service 0

There’s something about this CVS that isn’t right for awhile now. Employees hang up on you whenever you finally get a hold of them. I mean literally they will hear you ask for prescription related questions & deliberately hang up on you. Seems like there’s more to the story when it comes to controlled substances not being in stock. They tell you the days they restock or when they’ll have more. When you call them on the day there scheduled to restock they end up saying to call the next scheduled day after that when they restock. Out of all the locations cvs has in Broward County your telling me this location is always out of stock even on the days they restock like it’s the only pharmacy people go to. With that being said I’m going with MedsDirect? I like this store & I will return but I can’t say so much for this location’s pharmacy employees.

Long waits for prescriptions, given estimated time of delivery two weeks ago, still not in.
Store is ok, but can find some products online cheaper. Unfortunately, my insurance uses CVS Caremark which should be called Don'tCaremark.

It’s a shame that the photo department does not have the computer for the passport picture working ever I called and they said that they are able to service. It is been like that for a very long time. Why? I’m sure that the company has the means to get it fixed please can this be taken care of thank you

Literally the worst CVS I have ever been to. As I walked up to the register, there was one cashier assisting a gentleman who was doing multiple coupon transactions. She called for back up three times and no one came to assist. We waited for over 15 minutes to check out due to this poor management. it’s ridiculous that on a weekend day, they have only one cashier to begin with, but alone no one to come back up

On October 15 2023, I came in for the 2nd time to use rewards. I am new to the app and still trying to understand how to use it, a young lady with blonde hair ( spanish I believe) was nice at first and helped me toUnderstand one aspect of how it worked. When it came to check out I had noticed I made two mistakes and had asked her before I let her scan my card if I had it right she than toldMe to just send everything to the card ( I did. Prior to that I had showed her the app to see if I had it right. Apparently I didn’t have it right and I had to cancel my transactions. She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t cancel, but after I told her I needed to redo everything because I’m still new to this she canceled it … which it seemed like no problem to cancel it out. ( I’ve worked customer service so I know the process of canceling or voids). I came back again and had made another slight Mis calculation, and Apologized to her as I also had limited money and had to go get more. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me( idk why when all I was doing was asking questions, and didn’t want to hold up the line behind me , guy waiting). I asked for her manager to come up she tried talking over me as I told her there was no need to roll her eyes at me when I wasn’t rude at all! She kept trying to talk over me and I said no call your manager and she finally did. When the manager came to me I broke down in tears, I was already having an off day as I was explaining to the manager the issue that just happened( i cry when I’m angry and like I said I was having a bad day). As I’m explaining to the manager the girl with the blonde hair at the front desk made a “ tsk” sound at me as to suck her teeth while I’m talking to the manager and I called it to the managers attention as soon as she did.Idk if the girl was having a bad day, or if she was just irratated with me for having such a hard time understanding or figuring things out but the way she reacted to me I did not deserve. I see this cvs has a lot of poor reviews and I personally love cvs! ( just first time I tried their coupon app). I have nothing against the girl who gave me attitude just advice and want to say maybe try a little more patience and understanding. I feel maybe the team here just needs more training on how to deal with people. I do have a positive review about the manager that i will post next .
