I wasn’t satisfied with my service today and I definitely wasn’t satisfied with my child being told “it’s not that easy” by her husband/ colleague when he was denied to receive my package. Whether a customer is right or wrong to you I think I would like to see more accommodating and going above expectations instead of waiting for the chance to reply with an attitude. This is the second time Mrs. Cassandra has shown that type of behavior towards me. I think we can go anywhere in south Florida to receive unpleasant attitudes and this just made me completely uncomfortable today. Even ipostal offers better ways of resolving issues than how we were treated.

Cassandra was absolutely outstanding. I walked in totally frazzled and she was patient and extra kind. She took the time to help me figure out the best option for my mailing situation. I definitely recommend Cutting Edge for your mailing needs.

Best PO/Mailbox store out there. I've used a few dozen in my life and none can compare on price and/or service. Just make sure you ask for Debbie when you walk in, she'll take care of you!

Wonderful experience shipping here! Cassandra takes intricate care when packing your shipments and always has a great attitude and friendly personality. They accept shipments for all the major shippers here so no need to run all over town to do your fulfillments. Also it’s only 25 cents to print your label and they will neatly use a paper cutter to cut your label to fit perfectly in sleeves. They even cut a box down for me and added packing paper to make sure the contents was snugly fit. This is my favorite place to ship!?

Came to the store for the first time in the middle of 2022 to ship out a packaged electric guitar etc. I had just left U.S.P.S angry with my package after they tried to charge me $120.00 to ship it from Florida to Arizona!!! So now it appears that they are trying to charge the public i.e. the taxpayers again for all the mismanagement and losses they have suffered in the past with the now current cycle of never ending price increases which include larger packages among other things!!! It's bad enough that we keep bailing them and their union out so as far as I'm concerned I'm not going to throw my hard earned money away with people anymore who can't seemingly get their act together!!! You have an employee a Ms. Cassandra that in my opinion is one of the best customer service representatives I've seen in quite awhile. She is worth every penny and needs to be promoted if possible. So now I'm back in Jan 2023 to ship out a acoustic guitar to Pennsylvania after going to U.S.P.S. & finding out that they are still doing price increases i.e. still trying to rip me off with their outrageous high shipping fees!!! I don't suffer fools and that was the last time I will ever go to U.S.P.S. with a large package to ship out!!! I'm going to this store from now on for all my package & shipping needs!!! SEE YA-GOODBYE U.S.P.S!!! 5 STAR S OUT OF 5 STARS!!! THE BEST!!!
