A guy sold me a plug thing (adaptor) I didn’t need ($30+… no returns), a case I didn’t need ($16?) and for three days I tried to pay on the link they sent and then on the app… both didn’t work. Then in a car that needs a repair (I can’t afford), I had to drive all the way over there and he made me pay the in-house payment fee and a late fee ($10) and added that onto my $60/mo bill. Total losses: $56+ And the first employee… Michael(?) said don’t worry, the cost of the adapter can be taken out of your next bill. It WASN’T. The after I couldn’t pay Sunday or Tues (but tried many times), I called to explain my troubles. She said “don’t worry you have two weeks”… my phone was shut off on the day I was late when I was going to try to pay on the website. In the store, he set me up to supposedly pay more easily on the app.

I’ll start by saying that I like Cricket Wireless and have been happy with their service, but the one time I actually entered this store (about a year ago), the lady behind the counter who was supposed to help me activate a line of service was so preoccupied by her own personal phone call that she didn’t hear my responses to the questions she was asking.She kept repeating questions while continuing to talk on her phone and it was obvious that I wasn’t a priority to her. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any other employee available at the time because I certainly would have approached one of them instead.If I ever have to go into a Cricket store again, it certainly won’t be this one!

Sarah was the best! Felt bad because she had so many people in there and it looked like she was by herself but she still took care of me I was so surprised I thought it would take forever but she started helping me and someone else at the same time as well as setting up a phone so kudos to her! She set up my phone in less than 10 minutes that was great . She’s a good one

Got there at 6:12, 48 minutes to close and was locked out by the employee on shift. Moved on to the closest cricket wireless provider and got help right away. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Went to this location last sunday May 23 around 1pm to get a new phone. The guy at the front seemed inconvenienced when asked questions. None of the showcased phone were plugged or working. Awful customer service. Left after 2 minutes and went to the Wilton Manor location where all our questions were answered.

She’s very nice and friendly and great customer service I would definitely recommend you visit cricket to get the best and most affordable wifi internet hotspot modems it’s quick and easy .
