The experience was amazing. The manager here is really sweet and helped me find exactley what i was looking for! Ive used metro for years but after this experience i would choose cricket over metro any day! I highly recommend this store and this company.

Went in yesterday having a need a phone right now to work situation. I went to another phone company first and it was too expensive so I went to my local cricket store because I do know they have good deals on disposable phones and I didn't want to have to invest $200 in a phone that I just needed as a 2nd phone situation. So in the beginning everything was good. The lady was helpful snd set the phone up. I expected it to work immediately. Now keep in mind I am in a hotel NEEDED the phone to work RIGHT NOW and it didn't. It took about 3 hours for the phone to be able to make and receive calls. Had I been told this would happened I would have paid for the RIGHT NOW service. $111.25 waited 3 hours n the phone did work. The service is good. But it took me 2 trips in an Uber which cost me 7.50 each way foe the young lady to beat me at getting mad and snappy with me. I am happy with the phone and the service in the end but when your already having a bad day for someone who you thought understood the meaning of WORK RIGHT NOW. Since I said it probably 50 times.
