I am almost at the finish line with Credit Guard and then instead of my regular draft of $662, they drafted $905 and told me it was a system glitch & rep said it’s a good thing I keep up with my bank account and told me it would take 10 days for them to credit my bank account back.

They are incredibly good! Sadly, this is my second time with them. The first time was 6 years ago and I never had the slightest problem with this company. Today a person whose name is Robert helped me and the treatment was great. He was very patient and explained point by point. For me this is the best company if someone has debts, thank you CreditGuard for being here and being able to help me, thank you Robert for treating me so well in a very professional and familiar manner.

I was very pleased with Credit Guard of America in Fort Lauderdale FL.. When I made contact with the credit counselor.. I was told up front what was expected of me. My monthly payment was over $300 and my debt was over $30.000 because Credit Guard got over half of my debt forgiven by the credit Card and thest I played off in Monty bank drafts. Thank God that Credit Guard was a legitimate and respectful company. It feels so wonderful to be free of debt?Thank you Credt Guard! Lind D. Hutto..

Place is a scam, charges a big upfront fee plus $50 a month service fee just to pay minimum amount due on all cards. Lied and said they eliminated all the interest on the cards and no more would be added. Paid the creditors late resulting in late fees on the accounts. Just terrible, predatory scumbags.

Dishonest, deceptive, lied to me and tanked my credit score. They told me they made an agreement with my bank to lower monthly payment when no such agreement was made, they just made a lower monthly payment than the minimum payment due, leaving a balance due that was then considered past due. This was then reported on my credit report that I had a past due balance for more than 30 days and my credit score dropped 47 points! This is entirely unfair to me and trusting this company was the biggest mistake I ever made. They lied to me and only made my financial situation worse.

I got tremendous help from this nonprofit organization that has reasonable fees and great customer support. The initial one time fee to set up the account is only $50 and if you need to add more creditors later it is only $5 per creditor. They have a great portal that keeps you informed on the lower interest rates negotiated with creditors and the monthly payment made for each. They have a refer a friend program. Pleareferred Daple, referred you. Namaste.

Credit guard is AMAZING! Literally signed up with them a little over a year ago and as of today I am officially debt free! I am so thankful for the kindness, knowledge, and all around efforts to helping me complete this chapter. I 100% recommend credit guard for anyone trying to consolidate debt/payoff debt.

Scam sold my brother on the reduced interest rate. He has great credit. His credit is locked ? company says bank will not work w them bank says its approved so they can't talk to him. Don't do this.

Horrible company. I don't need this service only wanted it to reduce interest rate on my card. They didn't explain the service. They enrolled me in credit counseling denied me for program but my credit card is shut down. They still have me enrolled in credit counseling & so I can't get credit. I have called several times They can't help unbelievable. Scam I think I will have to hire an attorney

Only leaving one star because I had to company scammed me out of $75 initial fee after I told them that I could possibly pay it in two days while they went ahead and charge my card anyway without asking me if I was absolutely sure I wanted to do it when I informed him that I meant that I wasn’t sure and I wanted to look into it many bad reviews of how they scammed them and claimed they could help and really they just cause them to have even more late payments and drop credit dramatically
