This was our first time boarding our dogs at Country Inn!! We were so nervous but Jason and his wonderful staff sensed that and eased our anxiety. We instantly trusted them to care for our babies. They were wonderful with Customer service! Helpful and patient. Special thanks to Jason and the staff !!

It's convenient and reasonable to stay on a business trip. The location is residential and close to restaurants and stores.

My golden retriever recently stayed at the Country Inn Pet Resort and had a blast! He went to the pool, splash pad and play area. He enjoyed his vacation while I enjoyed mine. I highly recommend this resort for your pet. They are wonderful!

Sophie was a rescue pup and has really terrible separation anxiety, so we were nervous to board her for the first time. We went in on a tour and afterwards felt very confident about deciding to move forward with them. The facility was extremely clean, and all of the staff seemed genuinely into the dogs. We spoke in advance about her medications, her special diet, and that she is a high energy and big girl who gets overly excited. When we dropped her off, everyone was super receptive to her and loving, despite her nervous Energy. Throughout the day, we watched her on the cameras, and saw that she was well cared for. We opted to do the private spa so she can have extra time outside of her suite, and she really loved the time with the staff. This was such a great experience that we will definitely have Sophie return to them. Next time we will do the temperament test and see about her doing Doggy daycare. We highly recommend If you are looking for a safe, clean, and professional location to care for your fur baby! ?

The facility and staff are great! I trusted them completely with my pets. The building & rooms are kept spotless and the groomer did a good job with my dog’s cut. I only gave four stars because there was a bit of a lack of communication. I learned that the best way to get answers is to call even though they will tell you to email documents and such. I was only ever called back once, when I first initiated enrollment. When I emailed follow-up documents I never received a response confirming receipt even though I asked. After I emailed required documents, no one called me to book; after a week passed, I had to again phone in. I also didn’t receive an update during my pets four day stay even though the front desk staff said they would call. Not a huge deal for me as I could tell the pets were well cared for, but I feel it should be mentioned since it’s reflected in my rating.

This Hotel has a mega infrastructure and a wonderful team. Everyone is very careful and attentive. I was able to follow my Pet's every moment while he was staying. Simply incredible! Gratitude

If I could I would give zero star to this pet resort if you want your animal to be abuse you are a the right place one advice : RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND TAKE YOUR PETS WITH YOU!

Extremely clean facilities, great amenities for pets, and caring employees. The boarding rate may seem a tad high, but peace of mind of being able to watch your pet on the cameras is worth it.

My boxer is a nervous wreck and barks at everyone. They know exactly how to handle him and I feel confident leaving him here when I go on vacation. He gets excited when he sees familiar faces there and I can tell he has a great time.

Went on vacation and had to leave him here. Once I came back he was severely sick, he has severe diarrhea now and is dehydrated and it's been a few days since I picked him up and now he also won't eat. Not only that but early on in my vacation they cut off my connection with the camera so I couldn't check on him the entire trip. Would definitely not recommend taking your dog here. I'm definitely never taking my puppy here ever again!

Absolutely the only place I would ever bring my dog for daycare and boarding! Boarding your dog can be an extremely stressful time for anyone but for me it was impossible I never felt comfortable leaving her anywhere without me. From the minute you walk in to the country inn pet resort with your pet you feel an immediate sense of family and absolutely know that your canine will be completely taken care of. I drive 45 minutes one way and I would drive 3 hours one way if I had to, to keep her there with the most amazing and caring staff that I have ever seen. I was so impressed that I even switched to their vet service with my retired police K9. The doctor is amazing and immediately put me at ease with an amazing treatment plan. The vet techs are also fantastic and for the first time in her 12 years my k-9 loves trips to the vetFor those who are worried if their pets are older and need special Care... My canine has both cancer and debilitating arthritis and they still have somehow found a pack of amazing gentle dogs that she loves to play with.From the minute she walks in to the country inn she literally goes into a transformation from a slow lethargic dog with a noticeable limp to an excited energetic playful tag wagging companion.Manager Damien is literally a true dog whisper and Kristina handles the dogs like the true experienced pro that she is. Their love for the dogs is completely apparentBring your dog here...your dogs deserve to be treated like the kings and queens that they are!!

I have 2 dogs. I have had one dog come for boarding and another dog for doggy daycare.. and for either activity my dogs have been in great hands.. they both had a great time. I definitely will be bringing them again.

Amazing place, staff and experience for my pup! He stayed there for 2 weeks while we were on vacation and he had a blast. Everyone is super friendly and kind to Luke and when I asked for updates they responded right away and sent pics ☺️. Luke even found a best friend there! Thanks everyone, we will be going back for daycare or boarding soon
