LOOK AT THE POSITIVE REVIEWS--THEY ARE YEARS OLD.Office is locked and you must call to gain entry. It was explained that they have a problem with homeless people walking in. But, there has to be a better and more inviting method for customers.In three visits for the SAME ISSUE, Doctor never entered exam room to examine or speak to me about it . He relied on Vet Techs to assess and explain.On pick-up after surgery, doctor wheeled up to my door (did not get up or enter) reclined in an office roller chair and had limited or wrong recollection of surgery that was actually performed. He mentioned twice that he was tired and short staffed as a reason for his lack of correct memory. They have articles in the exam rooms of "great bedside manor" from local newspapers dating in Boca back to 2015. These days are gone.My dog had complications after surgery and I sought another vet to drain and stitch a pocket that formed.I'm sure that this guy is a very nice person. I just never had an opportunity to talk to him substantially to gain any trust.My advice is to keep the original prints of any X-rays and bloodwork results. Be sure to get his answers to post-op questions in writing before you leave office.My little guy had to go through anesthesia twice in two weeks.I am very displeased with the diagnosis, follow-up, and results.I am not pleased to leave this review. But, I can't recommend this guy.I will defend this rating.

Called the office at about 345PM last friday about my dog who drank an alcoholic drink from a side table and was stumbling and falling down. I have used this office for quite a few years. The receptionist told me that they were closing in "about an hour" and suggested I call the poison control hotline and take the vet to an emergency clinic- and said "good luck." I was shocked!She showed absolutely no concern and didn't provide any resources. They have treated all four of my dogs for 3 years. I will never go back.

Do not Go here!!!!! I went on Jan 11 and back on 26 , my dog is still itching!!! They don’t check the dog, they just give shots to her and are rude, condescending that you don’t understand veterinary terms. They don’t care about your pet

Dr. Gordon and his amazing staff are lifesavers! They were very patient and kind. And most importantly very effective treatment for my Meelo’s skin. They helped cure a terrible allergy/skin issue with love and patience.

First visit here and it was amazing!!! I took my new kitten here and everyone was super informative and sweet! Not only that but I was in/out in 20 minutes! Definitely booking a future appointment here and recommending this place to family & friends! 10/10!

Dr Gordon and his whole staff are just amazing! They show so much love & care for Harley since he was a baby. Almost 11 years later they have taught me how to navigate dog ownership/care to ensure Harley has the very best quality of life possible. Dr Gordon takes the time to talk me through each visit, answer my questions and there is always a follow up call from him personally after every visit to see how Harley is doing with any meds, test results etc. I strongly recommend CRAH for the very best care for your pets. They treat everyone and their pets with so much love.

I found Dr. Gordon when my dog was having an emergency. I called 5 other local vets before I found Dr. Gordon. No other vet would make time to see my dog, but Dr. Gordon listened to her symptoms and squeezed her in so that she could be treated that same day. We've been going to see him ever since. He is very knowledgable, personable, and always available for any questions or last-minute emergencies. He truly cares about my dog and it shows!

Dr Gordon was fantastic. We brought our dog in as an emergency after she was anaphylactic to a bee sting. We were taken right in and she was treated within minutes. Dog came first— all the paperwork and such came later.

I wouldn’t go near Dr Gordon at Coral Ridge Animal Hospital!!! After 2 or 3 visits and his awful bedside manner and complete disregard for my dogs situation, he kept telling me she was fine until the little bump I was concerned about had turned into a 4x6 STAGE 4 SARCOMA on her back!!!!! Thank God I knew he was neglecting to do his job and didn’t even offer to take a biopsy for pathology so I went to a specialist and TWO SURGERIES LATER AND 5 ROUNDS OF CHEMO, we also found out she had BREAST CANCER that we also asked about, AND she had to have 3 “teets” REMOVED, it was a nightmare for our pup and our family. He was lazy and even laughed at me when I said I didn’t understand the difference between a benign tumor and a malignant tumor because he told me all tumors are cancerous, but some are benign, and some are malignant. When I asked him to explain that he laughed at me like I was supposed to know. I’m not a vet and clearly he shouldn’t be either because what he did to our dog and our family and the neglect is absolutely despicable.

Staff was excellent all around from the Office to Tech to the Doc. I don’t remember names but everyone was super and explained everything and provided options.

Dr Gordon and his staff are wonderful. He has been caring for our fur babies for over 14 years. He's knowledgeable, thorough, gentle and kind. There is no better veterinarian.

I would say I am fairly new to this Veterinarians office I have been coming for about a year and a half my dog just turned 2 switched from another vet and it’s the best thing I could have ever done for my dog amd myself! The staff from front desk to the nurses in the back are nothing but Absolute AMAZING ?❤️Great attitudes,great customer service,very knowledgeable and always on top of things?❤️ And of course the great Dr Gordon! I recommend this veterinarian to anyone that loves their animals(out children
