I had an anazing experience at Constantines Wood Center. We had some old Corbels, from a house we owned 20 years ago, and we wanted to get new ones to help with the remodel of our house. We spent hours on line and visited the Home Depot and Lowes locations, but no luck. While looking at the old Corbles, we found a label on one of them with the Constantine name on it. We were happy to find out that they were still in business so with Corbels in hand we drove to Fort Lauderdale to see them. They measured everything and searched all of their supplier sites while we waited. After about 15 minutes they showed us one that was even nicer than ours. They placed the order on Thursday, September 12 and called us on Monday, September 16 to tell us they had arrived. When we picked them up we were thrilled with them and now we will wait for our contractor to stain them and mount them. I am over the top pleased with the service we received from Constantine Wood Center.

I parked in front of this shop in the plaza owned parking lot and he insulted me for not going into his store. Calling me names for parking in front of the shop, looking at the the window display and not entering. Is this how you want to get business? By insulting would be customers? You lost my possible future business, as I do a lot of home improvements and I parked there because I wanted to see what the shop was about. He was disgusting in his way of treating prospective clients. You don’t own the parking plaza!!!!!

I ordered in March 2023 for five day delivery. After inquiring why it was late, they claimed "supply chain issues" in April indicating it would be a couple of weeks. In mid-July, they finally said it was ready to ship - but it wasn't. Maybe they were still felling the tree. Instead they asked to alter the order to save on shipping. In the end, it arrived in August 2023, with warped boards, and an additional shipping charge.

Rodolfo at the Wood Center is always extremely helpfully to us whenever we visit the store for guidance with our wood needs. We have an older home made in the late 60's. With that comes a lot of wood renovations and us needing copious amounts of help finding or fixing parts that are no longer available..... The Constantine Wood Center has always came through for us, they will permanently be our first choice.

Had a great time here!!! Store owner is extremely friendly and informative. Great to have a woodworking store with charm and great pricing too! I had a field day with their tables of exotic veneers. Would definitely recommend .

Bought news wheels for my antique table. Owner changed prices from $2.95 to $5.95. took off old price stickers before I could see them. I asked if returnable, he said yes. Didn't tell me if I charged on credit card that there would be a 5% return fee. Poor customer service. Will never go again.
