The team at Coastal Computer Systems is unique in today's world, as they are extremely reliable, knowledgeable and multifaceted in their skills. Amy, Kurt and Dakota are fantastic to work with! They are very responsive and always support, install and fix any of our IT issues promptly. I would definitely recommend Coastal Computer Systems. We have been a customer since 2010 and they have managed our MSP Services since 2017. I do not have anything negative to say about this company, we are and have been very happy.

Bringing my computer to Coastal Computer Systems was a quick and positive experience. Mrs. Weiss was very knowledgeable and was able to fix both my broken laptop and my grandmother’s laptop that she was locked out of.

Stumbled across this great computer shop that's in my new building. Amy and her team are very easy to work with and are very knowledgeable about all that is computers. Just ordered a new receptionist station from her and she actually helped me save money and put me into a set up that is working perfectly for my needs. Great job guys!

I had such a positive experience with Coastal Computer Systems starting from the very first phone call! They were my 3rd phone call to look for a place to fix my laptop screen. Amy was so friendly and accommodating. I dropped off my computer 30 mins after speaking with her and they were able to replace my screen just days later. Communication throughout the entire process was perfection and pricing was so reasonable. They will be my go to for all of our computer needs in the future! HIGHLY recommend!!

Coastal Computer System was very accommodating and got me immediately. This is huge as I am a small business owner with everything on my laptop. They were able to get my computer back on so I was able to get back in business. I would definitely recommend them.

On a recent week-long trip to Fort Lauderdale, the battery in my four-year-old Dell laptop finally gave up the ghost completely. I looked for someone close to my friend's abode and settled on Coastal Computer because they were close and because the reviews seemed to be more personal and specific than the usual "great service great price" types.They lived up to every great advance billing. No, they ARE human! :) But they're good at what they do and they don't over-promise, and they do what they say they will. And when the dust cleared I actually got money BACK from them! Fair, honest, timely and competent, what more can you ask for? Well, you do have to cross a drawbridge to get to them, so there's that…But, in my opinion, totally worth the drive–and the wait, if you get nailed by the drawbridge gods like I did once. They are as responsive to little one-computer personal needs as they apparently are to business clients.

Outstanding experience. My computer simply stopped working. I took it to Geek Squad and they indicated it was fixed. Did not function whatsoever. I took it to Coastal Computers in a last ditch effort and the computer came back like new with files / programs transferred. All for a great price. Amy was a pleasure to coordinate with and Dakota did phenomenal work!

I had an old computer (Macbook Pro from 2010) The battery expanded on me and I needed to pull all of my old photos off of it! Coastal Computer did the job! Super reliable, easy to work with, fast and efficient. I Highly recommend using there services! Thanks guys!

Our resort has been using Coastal Computer Systems since 2010. There IT team is extremely helpful and punctual with time. We are very pleased with the service with them, and definitely would recommend them to other companies.
