total disappointment at this point $400 dollars and I still don't have no banner , no business cards or anything my event literally was 3/31 and nothing was done I'm so disappointed... they lost me as a customer ... I just want a refund

I swear if there was an option for zero star I would put it. Jesus Christ!!!! THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS PLACE IN SOUTH FLORIDA! The worst customer service, the worst business dealings, etc. Listen to me, DO NOT waste your time, energy, and money trying to do business at this print shop. They will LITERALLY snatch your peace-of-mind and your sanity. I promise you and I kid you not. CHINAMAN PRINTSHOP HAS BEEN MY WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Please do not step foot in this shop!! The staff that was there previously was somewhat better but this new staff absolutely horrible. They gave us the wrong date to pick up shirts and refuse to assist with returning our funds because the shop was closed. Worse customer service experience ever!!! I strongly suggest that yall go elsewhere to get your work done.

They don't even acknowledge you in the shop when you walk in. Like They have a sign that says wait to be seen but no one even pays attention to anyone in that area.I just left .

Second time giving them a shot , first time signed off on 5000 flyers that were amazing in the proof . Pick them up and the color of my company orange was red. Went back and forth for almost a month , dealt with the owner and was stuck with what we got because it was our sourced . Fast forward to this time , need some business cards made , bring in a card similar to what I'm looking for , write down exactly what I want , ask the guy if my request was clear ? Pay for design , pay for cards , pay to expedite them quickly . The same guy I dealt with when I explained myself sends me some proofs that have no similarity to what I brought in or what I explained on the form . Tells me it's 150$ extra to do that ! I can understand his reasoning , but felt like if you dealt with me and actually listened to what I wanted originally and explained that from the beginning then we would be transparent. I got a partial refund and they charged me for "design" that looked like I could have did myself online. Save yourself the agony of dealing with this place , it's unprofessional the employees are not personable. There won't be a third time with me .

Please do not waste your time and money. The customer service is absolutely terrible! From the moment I walked in and placed an order the rep seemed irritable and irritated as if he didn’t want to be there. The design he sent me looked like a 3rd grade art project. We were texting back and fourth about the font and he left me on read for hours. When I called the shop, he had left for the day without finishing my design, therefore, causing a delay in print. It can no longer be done in a timely manner for what I even needed the sign for. This has completely wasted my time! And to add to this awful experience, in order to get my money back I now have to drive to the store to be there in person.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! STAY AWAY!!!

If I can put no stars I would!!! Walked in only one guy helping the others joking around with each other. The one guy who was helping me asked one of the other to charge me for my order and he told him no I am busy. They couldn't give me an answer to when my order will be ready I needed it by tomorrow and I was told they're backed up and it won't get done on time. After I was there for 45 minutes waiting since only one guy was helping 4 people while the others goof around. I highly recommend you take your business somewhere else!!!!!
