Gas is reasonably priced, but no price tags on items inside the store. I don't shop at places that don't list prices of items for sale. Another failed sales tactic.

The Apple Pay on the pumps doesn’t work and this place is NOT 24 hours. Door was locked so I couldn’t pay inside either with one guy inside the store who kept opening and closing the fridge while refusing to look behind. I was literally waiting for him to see me and I can hopefully get some gas. I can’t believe they’re practically pushing away money and paying customers. Someone pulled up behind me and also left after seeing the fact that I couldn’t even get inside to buy gas.

So, they finally got ME to complain as well, as I have been going to this gas station location for years. It used to be a little bit more decent a Few years back. And I never went much at nightime hours, and thank Goodness. Cause I've had the worst experiences with The Bald headed White guy who works on The weekends. He has no customer service skills practically and hates to walk to get anything for you. GOD Forbid u Make a little mistake we with a drink and he has to go back for you! YOU never hear The end of it. Just held my tongue for a while, but then he had The Nerve to tell ME to ? don't come back anymore. And he is losing so much money for The owner at ? night. Hopefully she will figure it out and retrain Him or just get rid of a guy like that who lives ur business a Bad named!!

The worst place to put gas....if you have an issue, you can not speak with the manager, and the staff is very rude...whoever owns the place need to pay for his staff to go and get customer service training

I went there to fill my tire with air the machine took my money and did not work I went inside and I asked for my $1.25 back and the employee Cecilia told me the machine is broken, so I said why don't you put a sign out there to let people know and she said that's not her problem. she said to contact the name on the machine. REALLY!!! Oh and thankfully I spoke Spanish because she did not know any English.

Very rude employee. She Didn't want to take the time to check my lotto ticket. I was going to get some snacks and gas but because of her lack of attention to her job I decided to go down the street to WaWa. Got a discount on my gas too. Thanks to her laziness. WaWa is the best place to go for gas and snacks.

If I could give this Chevron station a zero I would. The employees are so rude and unprofessional to customers. I went into the location to buy gas and was asked by the cashier if I was paying by credit. I advised I was paying by credit. When I got to the cashier I decided last minute to buy lottery tickets. It was clear that the cashier was new as he did not understand how to ring up my lottery requests. The cashier called an older man to assist who I am not sure who he was as he was not wearing the standard Chevron uniform (had on a white undershirt). The man advised the cashier that I can not use credit to pay for the lottery tickets which I already knew and had cash in hand. The cashier began to scold me for being in the line for credit only. Please keep in mind there was at this time no customers in the store and the lottery tickets could have simply been rung up on the other cash register. The older man began to yell at me and tell me that I was rude. I told both cashier and the older man I have options. I don't have to buy gas from Chevron as there are plenty of other gas stations that I could use. I have seen in the past, how employees for the location talk and treat customers.

Do not go to this Chevron station. The hispanic lady cashier will make up all kinds of excuses so you don’t use the restroom. I stopped by to put some air on the tires and needed to wash my hands afterwards. The lady said I couldn’t wash my hands there.
