Chateau Mar Golf Resort was the cutest place to stay. The decor was cool, the room was clean, the staff were amazing. We didn’t have any issues. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

The only thing wrong is TV on some kind of timer. One up the hall kicked on it's volume on high. When cleaning room should be checked and turned off.Food & drinks: Great hotel bar grill on site

I absolutely hate hotels from past experiences!!!!My stays at The Chateau were ALWAYS CLEAN!!!!my biggest pet peeve about staying in hotels are HAIR'S IN THE TOWELS!!!!I DID not HAVE THIS ISSUE AT Chateau Mar Golf Resort AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT!!! You can smell & SEE the cleanliness of this place!!!! The hotel staff are on point & efficient!!!! Efficiency & Cleanliness are everything to me!!!! THIS IS 1 resort I DIDN'T cringe at!!!!When family comes in from the Bahamas they'll absolutely love this place!!!! Do yourself a favor & stay just 1 night!!!!The new Front Desk Staff Daynia is the sweetest

DO NOT STAY HERE! A dirty hotel with grumpy staff and paper thin walls. There’s a mystery crispy, hair covered stain on the sheets, piles of hair in the corners of the room and bathroom, a literal car tree air freshener shoved in the AC unit. Speaking of the AC, it makes loud popping sounds the entire time it’s running and when it turns off.The walls are SO thin I can hear the people talking, opening their dresser drawers and turning over in the bed next door. There’s a literal crack under the front door letting light and sound in.Melissa at the front desk was joking with her coworker and taking phone calls while we were trying to check in. Handed me paperwork to sign with no explanation of what it was. No details given about wifi/amenities or even our room number (just had it written on the card).0/10 I promise you you do NOT want to stay at this “resort”.

The staff at this hotel were superb! They were awesome helping me out with booking, the lady bartender outside was above and beyond awesome (made some really amazing cocktails of her own), desk staff was always friendly to greet you. My kid accidentally left her stuffed animal behind, and their staff worked quick to help ship her stuffy back home to her! Great staff!

We paid $300 to stay on a Friday night. The hotel was very cool, but we were less than impressed with the cleanliness of our room. When we walked in our shoes were sticking to the floor, it had definitely not been cleaned and it was disgusting. Upon looking further, we found garbage and cigarette ash in one of the drawers in the room- mind you this is a tobacco free resort. The room smelt like smoke which was not ideal for someone who has asthma and a small infant. This is a health hazard. The counters had gross brown spots on them as if they hadn’t simply been wiped down. The chair cushions on the balcony were missing, but all the surrounding rooms had them. With the amount we paid to stay for one night we expected a lot more than a very dirty room. Very very disappointed.Safety: Not safe for family with people smoking in the rooms against the resorts policy.

I got on the phone with the young lady at the front desk to ask for some information and she was very articulate and polite. When I arrived she recognized me and helped check in early for the wedding I was attending. Thank you Daynia I appreciate the help. Thanks for the restaurant's recommendation.
