I was pleased with my experience at this location. Michael helped me with my transactions and he was polite, respectful, and helpful ... he knew what he was doing, which I think we all expect and deserve but it's very rare these days. Parking is very limited at this location.

The ATM machine was not working. After I put my card in and put the amount of money to withdraw there was a wired screen message popped up several times. We thought we would lose our money if we left there so had to stay there for more than 30 mins. No emergency contract number was displayed. Luckily I could see that my request was declined by my card company which is another bank, we could leave there. The previous person seemed to have the same problem and took a long time before he left there. They should put paper on the machine with an out of order message.

Someone stole my information in 2015 so I canceled my account. I tried to open a new one today in 2024 and they denied it because of fraud that never happened. They basically wasted 1 hour if my time when they could've just told me from the start.

Horrible customer service. That’s what the banks all about customer service. This place has zero do your banking anywhere else. No way to treat one of their “private clients “
