Centennial Bank took me for over $200,000. They abuse the Obama Affordable Housing Act to cheat people out of their life savings in their homes. They convince you that they will forgive late charges, fees, and interest expenses, but instead they set them aside and double up on you until you sell your house. Then Centennial takes all your equity and more. I would never recommend Centennial Bank to anybody that works hard for their money.

What a disaster. After banking with them for several years with impeccable and personalized service as Landmark, Centennial took over and did away with all the original employees. Most of the replacements are an abysmal disappointment. Beatrice in particular is completely useless. She's sugary sweet and bouncy on the phone, giggling away at what I don't know...and then there's nothing......no comprehension, no help whatsoever. While she was attempting to troubleshoot their app with me over the phone (which is also a disaster btw) she kept saying, "well it's working on my phone". Well that's fantastic for you Beatrice but I'm the one that needs the app to work, so what good does it do me that yours is working? Her other solution was for me to drive over there. I was out of state at the time of our conversation and I was trying to tell her that but she was too busy giggling and repeating, "just come here". She then proceeded to strike up conversation with who I assume were her co-workers, "it's working on mine!" and just talked over me repeating "just come in" and then ultimately hung up on me. WTF! Talk about an utterly pointless, waste of time. This was my second fruitless experience with Beatrice. The first time was when I was trying to get a mortgage and I needed an updated statement sent to me as a pdf. The result was along the same line. Needless to say, as soon as I do get back in town, I will drive over there so I can break up with them once and for all.
