Nasty and rude technicians, my car took more than a month to repair, when I left the garage with the car it itill had a couple of issues, I came back to the garage for review and they treated me in a nasty and rude manner saying "I am not here to waste my time pushing buttons on the control panel, really rude people

From start to finish, the staff at Classic Collision was on their A Game! Even the gentleman mopping the lobby floor when I walked in first thing on a Friday morning offered me coffee and told me someone would assist me shortly. The convenience of having the rental car brought to the Classic Collision location also made this a seamless transaction. I really appreciated the updates received via text every step of the way for my car repair. When I picked up my car today at the completion of repairs, you would never know hard workers were in & out of my car! It is spotless!! I’m so happy to have found Classic Collision and will be back should my car need future servicing.

Was looking forward to bringing my car to get fixed . This doesn’t reflect service . Front desk staff was really really kind . I don’t believe you should waste peoples times when they try to bring a car in and you tell them you don’t take rebuilds . I do apologize my car is not up to the standards for your shop, I feel as though there should be a prescreen of questions when making the appointment or speaking of drop off . Wasting both of our times .Perhaps don’t keep the doors closed to rebuilt . Very rare do people buy brand new cars nowadays . Not everyone is fortunate

I will start this by saying I don’t normally make reviews, but I feel the need to here. Unfortunately, as much as I would like to give a good review based on the customer service I received, I simply cannot because the work was not acceptable. I brought my Audi in to CC a few months ago from a small fender bender to the left side of the car, it took CC a couple weeks to repair, when I went to go pick it up, I first noticed my window tint had been damaged. They told me they would repair it for no charge but that I had to wait another few days. When I came back to pick it up, it was a rainy day so I picked up the car after a quick glance and went home. When I got home, I noticed there was dry body filler or epoxy in the middle of my driver side door, so I returned to the shop to get it removed. Unfortunately, as time has gone by, I have noticed many other sloppy parts of this job. There is clearcoat overspray everywhere. I can see it on my driver window, rear windshield and front fender. I’ve also noticed another damaged window tint and lastly, in almost every light reflection on the whole left side of my car I can see huge swirl marks in the clear coat of the paint all over, it looks terrible. Again, I received great customer service but the work to my car and the three different trips to the shop has unfortunately left me extremely disappointed and unsatisfied

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Great from start to finish.....The communication was top notch - the service was top notch...and most important - the end result was PERFECT!! My car was finished 1 week AHEAD of SCHEDULE!!!! Hats off to Classic Collision on W. Commercial - this isn't the 1st time I have dealt with Auto Body shops - but 1st time it was a pleasant experience..Thank You!!

Search no more! This place is the best. I was shocked how fast they repaired some pretty extensive damage. Plus there's an Enterprise right next door if you need a rental. Very impressed.

Do Not Take Your Car Here! When Insurance Company Recommends "DON'T TAKE IT HERE" You Have The Right To Chose Your Bodyshop of Choice. These People Will Keep Your Car For Weeks Possibly Over a Month For Minor Repairs and Come up With Continuous Excuses/ Lies Which I have Caught Them In. They Lie So Much They Can't Keep Up With The Lies. What comes around goes around and these people have what's coming to them. Karma comes in many forms and bad health will be at play here.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!I had a work done to replace front door on the driver side. After i waited for 3 weeks to have job completed, I had to come back to the shop a few days later because I could not open the door on the driver side (the one that was replaced) nor the trunk. Now one week later, the rubber insulation is coming off the same door.DID THIS SHOP REALLY GIVE ME a NEW REPLACEMENT DOOR???I am contacting my insurance company since they recommended them. Going to them the 3rd time will cause me a lost pay, because they could not done the job right in the first place.

1) minimal to no communication between shop and me within the 1 month period they kept my vehicle2) when I would call to ask for a status they would give me a date and say they would follow up with me if the date changed; they never did follow up, I would have to call every time.3)The only time the shop called me was to call me back and on the day to pick up my vehicle4) on the day they called me to pick up the vehicle they also decided it was time to tell me about a “battery problem” in my vehicle that was in their custody for over a month5) there was no battery problem, there was an additional wire issue that either the shop failed to diagnose or causedServices: Electrical
