Our home office is beautiful. My husbands physical limitations required the design to be accommodating to his needs and it is. We are very pleased. Lovely to look at with good functionality. Two day installation so minimum confusion and mess. Very pleased - again. California Closets is my go to for good product, ease of installation and wonderful result.

I live in another state and I made a specific amount of time for my installation for my second home. It was not complete in the 8 days I was there. They could not work with my time there and were not apologetic at all. Basically had to put me on the back burner for other jobs. I had four closets done so it wasn’t a small job. The quality is very nice. I had a better experience in nj.

Had an appointment for a designer come to our house for a first consultation fairly quickly, Natalie was on time and clearly had experience with measurements and drawings. My issue was her attitude.Telling my husband to tell me the things she was saying to me when I was right in front of her and calling me “babe” when answering one of my few questions that she wasn’t happy with were enough for me to know that I wasn’t going to proceed with this company. I guess for you to have great reviews mean that not all your designers are rude.

Michael truly went above and beyond to design our dream master closet and pantry. He took exactly what we envisioned and went from there. What a truly talented individual. So happy we got paired up with him. He drew exactly what we told him in the field and made it happen with very little revision. Thank you Michael!!!

Worst experience! It started out great, loved my design, loved my salesperson and was super excited to have my custom 12 ft wall built out. Sadly once my salesperson took my credit card and signed contract she was GONE in 60 seconds. Never followed up, never came to check on my job, told me several times she would come by and never did. I had missing parts and wrong size doors and only after 6 weeks of calling and complaining and then finally calling BBB did I get someone's attention. The corporate office got involved and this Ft Lauderdale/Coral Springs location then sent a guy out to finish my job. Even after all that did I even get one phone call from them to see if everything was ok NO, did my salesperson call to check in on my finished job NO.. Nothing from her! I had so many more projects and I will be looking for a different company. 60 secs after the service guy finished my job they hit my credit card for the last 10% desperate for their money and still not one phone call to follow up on the job. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nice product but BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES and they only sent ONE GUY to build a 12 ft wall which they told me would be 3-4 hrs and one guy took about 8 hrs. Again why pay 2 guys to get the job done sooner for the customer when you can send ONE and pay less. Cost me 4 different days to be off from work to be available for repairs and one day no one even showed. Switch and bait!

Caroline was here immediately after I called for an appointment. We got along great and had everything set up pretty quickly. I had lots of changes and she was always ok with it.
