These guys are really nasty and disrespectful and petty people, I made a purchase at this location and forgot what I bought at the store. I mmediately turned around after exiting and went back into the store, the employee Daniel said nothing was left behind, and he said I needed to buy it again, and you could tell he was one of those that get a sick sort of enjoyment of seeing other people upset, and then he called the owner who without reviewing a camera demanded that I spend the money again after being a repeat customer for the last several years, and having great relationships with some of the other employees he pretty much caused me out and l laughed at me and then ran up on me in person as if he were going to fight me

Kayla was excellent she guided me in the right direction and I was highly satisfied with her knowledge. I came in the night before and she recommended a product to me and needless to say that she did a good job because I’m actually taking the time to write this review rn lol. All in all this is a chill place and you’re going to be happy with the service that you receive. I will definitely be back.

I would like to start this review by saying Jules saved me as a returning customer. This shop is close to my home so i visited often as it was convenient and usually a fine experience. A few weeks back i came in (with me being a sales and business professional this really jumped out to me) and i encountered 2 of the rudest employees ive ever spoken to. I understand not everything can have a solution but they spoke to me as if i was beneath them and could’ve care less about my concerns. Today i had no time to go out of my way for a further smoke shop so i came back. Without offering a discount or anything, just by speaking to me like a human and acting like she cares, i will be coming to the shop to see Jules when i need anything. Thank you Jules for everything and mainly, for just being kind.

Bernie's Smoke Shop is hands down the coolest spot in town, but what really sets it apart is the incredible service! Walked in expecting a quick stop, but ended up having the best experience thanks to the amazing Jules!
