Beware I spent about one hour and half ringing for service. I could not get any service what so ever, all my belongings were sitting in the room scattered on the floor. I have c.o.p.d. and just got out of the hospital from open heart surgery. There was no oxygen set up ,accept a etank, they said they would have to find a oxygen machine and clean it up then bring it in. it was very warm in the room with only a fan ( a good place to raise bacteria ).I asked them to plug in my bi-pap machine that I use to help me sleep as well as to help me breath. They said in 10 minutes, hour and half later still not plugged in, they said that I only need it to sleep, they are so wrong, that machine had saved me many a time to catch my breath. At that point I decided to get out of there as quick as I can, they told me if I left that my insurance would drop me. They wanted me to sign a blank release form, no way. I had my friend pick me up and I got out of there as fast as I could. How and why do they have a license to operate, I don't know. They should be closed up.
