When I tell you Ms. Jackie did not disappoint!! I drove from Delray yesterday for an appointment and I will surely do it again!! I have searched for a goid braider for years and I have finally found her!! I have gotten sooo many compliments. Ms. Jackie thank you so much and the 2 Shellys too Your stuck with me now. terrible experience with this place. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The person took days to respond and then never gave me a time for an appointment. It is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I walked in with no appointment. Chloe told me to come back at noon. I left 6 and half hours lately a very happy customer!

I made an appointment for 2pm and I sat and waited until 6pm. Whenever someone else would walk in the door, the owner would take them before me. When i questioned the owner, she told me I had to wait even though I had an appointment. They are always eating food while doind peoples hair and playing curse word videos on their phones. Very unprofessionalResponse to your respond: I am not sure who you are speaking of but i did not leave you told me and my friend to go.
