Over 10 years ago I was referred to these wonderful people. I have to give a big shoutout to John because he has been amazing servicing my car & my husband's truck. He will show you what is going on with your vehicle & will answer your questions that you have. He will tell you the honest truth & I know that's hard to find. I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars here. Having a good mechanic to go to is so important, even more so in this economy. Truly fair in price & truly kind.

I have been going to Brad's automotive repair for 30 years when they were working out of a gas station at 56 ave and Hollywood Blvd. They have fixed every vehicle I have owned since then. They are the best, and honest. Don't expect to pay for a discount service, but you will always be glad you went their. You can also ask for your old parts ! John and Bruce will never fail you !

I cannot recommend this shop enough. They have a lot of experience, knowledge, and have excellent customer service. They've always been very upfront and honest with me and their other customers would agree. My one complaint is that they're always busy because they have such loyal customers.

My coworkers and I use these guys for everything! The company we work for even uses them for any issue we have with one of the many vehicles in our fleet. These guys are real pros and good people with fair prices.

I almost didn't want to write this review so I could gatekeep my new car mechanic, but alas I caved. I was referred here by a friend and I am forever grateful to them. My car had a broken service belt and needed to be repaired. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and provided a reasonable price for the service provided. They didn't try to sell me anything else nor did they try to say I would be needing extra work. They were completely honest with me. About two weeks later, my belt broke again! I brought it back to them and they began investigating what could have caused a brand new belt to break. Turns out they pulley system had come apart, probably due to a prior mechanic changing out my water tank ( is that what it's called). They fixed the pulley, bought new parts for the repair, and provided a new belt for a total of $32. I was so appreciative that they were able to fix the problem and only charge me for the part. Definitely trustworthy people.

I only gave Brad's Automotive 5 Stars because there is no option for 6. I've been taking my cars to Firestone for years. NO MORE. My car was making a "sound" so I took it to Firestone and they told me I was going to need new ball bearings and wheel hubs on both front tires and that it was going to cost around $1200. I had my brother-in-law take a look and he agreed but told me to take it to Brad's Automotive. I did and John the owner/head mechanic (I believe) took the car for a quick drive and said yes you definitely need new bearings. He quoted me what he thought it would be, and it was way less than Firestone and he ended up telling me the wheel hubs didn't need to be changed so I was out the door with new ball bearings on both front wheels for under $750 and honestly, I bet the quality of work is far and above what Firestone would do. I truly believe their honesty and professionalism saved me $500, because they only fixed what needed to be fixed. I found my permanent mechanic!
