My Fiancé’ and I were new to Florida and trying to buy our first home together. We were referred to Brad on the advice of our Realtor.Brad thoroughly explained all our options, so we could make the best mortgage decision for us. Brad and his team were great to work with, they communicated exceptionally well, were there with explanations, and we always felt Brad had our best interest in mind. I rarely write reviews but I had to share my story. I was in a rushed purchased where I had to put money down before selling my house. Brad took my call immediately without knowing me (he was a referral but I just called the main number), he helped answer my questions, gave me several options. He then continued to work with me finding the right path, securing the right loans, closing costs, etc. I cannot say enough about his responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism. I see now why he is rated so high. Thanks!

Like most First Time Home Buyers my cash was tight and I wasn’t sure I’d be able to buy a home. Brad examined all kinds of First Time Home Buyer programs through all the different homes I looked at. Brad was always there to provide me with direction on how to meet my goals. I am happy to say the persistence paid, and I am now a homeowner. On April 8th I viewed a property and made an offer on Sunday the 9th. For the seller to accept, I needed approval from a lender before noon the next day, Monday the 10th.Enter Brad Greenleaf - knowing time was of the essence, he seamlessly came through and that was my introduction to his team at Fairway.With the acceptance of the offer, I was subsequently treated to what I can only describe as the most pleasant home purchase experience. If you’ve bought a home before, you may well know of the many pitfalls and headaches you encounter during the process. With Brad and his team at Fairway, I remained informed with both next steps and updates. They led me through the transaction deftly and without any stress whatsoever. And Brad, and his team, did not disappoint. Brad’s willingness to explain things, in as much detail as I wanted, made the entire process so much smoother. Brad was referred to me by my financial advisor. I am located in Syracuse NY and my mom was buying a house in Vero beach Florida. First I must start off saying that Brad has always gone above and beyond with treating my mom with the most upward respect and grace.
