The service representative Rayden was very a very attentive to my needs. I had to bring my car in for a new set of run flats, and he stayed with me by texting me while I had to wait for my car to be serviced to make sure that I received my car in a reasonable time to drive home. he is very pleasant to deal with and top-notch. Highly recommend asking for him as your service advisor.

Jonathan was excellent. He was efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.UPDATE: 28 April 2022. I specifically drive from Miami to BMW of Ft. Lauderdale for routine and non-routine vehicle service to work with service advisor Jonathan. I trust the work that is done on my car and feel that I always receive excellent customer service from Jonathan.UPDATE: 7 February 2024. I bought my car from Ft. Lauderdale BMW nearly 10 years ago. I live in Miami Beach. For the last 2 years or so I have been bringing my car to BMW Ft. Lauderdale for service. I have not once been disappointed with the service provided by the service team at Ft. Lauderdale BMW, nor with the service and assistance provided by service advisor Jonathan. The staff whom I’ve encountered during each of my visits have been professional and efficient. I trust Jonathan and will continue to drive the extra miles from Miami to have my car serviced at Ft. Lauderdale BMW.

I've been here 3 times and the warning light on my car dashboard that prompted the trip to the dealership is still on. I felt that the nicest people here were the valet drivers; everyone else didn't care unless I followed their recommendations immediately.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW - I have a 2019 BMW X3 I bought used two years ago from a smaller dealership (CarLux) off of Federal in For Lauderdale. I purchased the extended warranty which is terrible. Every time we file a claim the want more of the car taken apart, keep sending adjusters. If it wasn't for Thomas Ignizio I would have been on the hook for close to 5K in repairs. Tom was able to continually contact this "shady" 3rd party warranty company and get someone to finally approve the repairs. Tom was in constant communication and the car was returned fixed and washed. In my mind Tom saved me close to 5K for that I will never forget!!!

They've been taking care of my Mini Coopers for years! I had a problem with my 2022 Mini and John L fixed the problem immediately. He is professional and knowledgeable and makes me feel secure. The techs send an in-depth video of the inspection they perform. I will return for sure. 5+ for Mini service!!

They fix the mounts on my civic SI that I just purchased at Lauderdale BMW but when I came to service, Sandra was exceptional and helping me and getting me a loaner car, she just went out of her way and above and beyond excellent customer service skills she's a gem
