I move a mounth ago and to move here with out Maniah and Alex help I couldn’t do it, they help totally with the application process and lot more information, also a litte issue with the ac maintenance they assist me and help also, been so helpful the whole staff. Thank you

I lived there 2 years and I really enjoyed it. The amenities are great and Alex and Maniah we’re very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a problem, it didn’t take long for maintenance to fix it. thank you all for a great living experience.

I've been living at Blu for about 5 months now and its been such a great experience! Maniah from leasing has been so kind and such a great help from move-in to all the random questions I have. No place is perfect but this is definitely is the best bang for your buck for apartment living in Fort Lauderdale.

Been here almost 2 months and it’s been nothing less than excellent. The amenities, the location, and the staff are just fantastic. The property manager, Alex, made moving in a breeze for us and was super helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!

Moved here recently and so far it’s amazing! Beautiful apartments and well kept! Very quiet and lovely tenants. Met Alex for a tour and was very informative about these lovely apartments. He’s definitely very helpful and can definitely tell he is there for his tenants. The amenities are great and staff is always on top of getting things done!

I recently moved to Blu at Marina Mile, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The move-in process was incredibly smooth, thanks to the excellent management team. I want to give special thanks to Maniah, the Leasing Advisor, who was exceptionally helpful throughout. She was attentive, quick to respond to emails, and provided detailed instructions, making the whole process seamless.
Maniah gave me thorough tours of several units, and I was thoroughly impressed with the property. The pool area is bright and clean, the clubhouse is inviting, and the exercise room is well-equipped. The apartments are thoughtfully designed and spacious, perfectly fitting the number of bedrooms.
The property is also animal-friendly, and all the tenants I've met so far have been extremely respectful and polite. Moving to a new place can be daunting, but thanks to Maniah's dedication to quality service, it was a breeze. I'm delighted to call Blu at Marina Mile my new home.

Lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed it. Units are updated and nice. Leasing office is responsive enough - not rude at all. Steven with maintenance is GREAT! Steven is kind, considerate, and quick to get the job done RIGHT!
The convenience of being on a State Road right off the interstate also brings inconvenience of noise pollution - it’s just a trade off.

First 3 months Review
This is a nice place to live. Since you get here you are welcome by the most helpful staff member Maniah. All of the staff are very professional including Alex and Steve from maintenance. The buildings are clean and the community areas are well maintained. Neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Beautiful apts. Quiet community. The amenities are wonderful and the pool is one of my favorite features. Grounds are well maintained. Friendly and responsive staff. Consistently experienced kindness and professionalism from day one. Alex is amazing! His compassion does not go unnoticed, you are appreciated. Maintenance is quick to respond in a very timely and professional manor and I appreciate that so much, thank you Steve!

I recently moved to Blu on Marina Mile Blvd and can say that it’s been a very pleasant experience so far. The staff, including Maniah and Steve, are very polite and attentive to all your questions and service requests. It’s been very welcoming. I would definitely recommend! The amenities are great and the apartment is spacious.
