I was very pleased with the customer service today. Marie was very kind and helpful with my return. She has such a positive attitude with a smile. She is a great addition to BJ's customer service team. Would highly recommend her. Over a 5 star experience with Marie. ??

Came into the store to pick up a order that should’ve already been prepared for them to tell me that I needed to come in with a cart mind you it’s almost 100 degrees outside and they had no carts at the door nobody want to go back and forth in the heat like that very disappointed in my experience today

I come to this location for years and finally I decided to write a 5* review. I like the self check out and there is this spanish lady, dont know her name, but she worked there for quite some time. She is a little older has some grey hair and glasses (she is very cute and beautiful).
She is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, right on track and extremely efficient when it comes to support customers, as well as patient. We noticed her dealing with very difficult customers in the past, and still remains calm and professional. I wish I knew her name, but I am sure, who ever reads this review and been to SCO, knows who I am talking about..
SHE NEEDS A BONUS!!!!

BJ’s Staff need to stay off their phone and do their job. Especially at the customer service desk and for inside pick up. Waited about 1/2 hour for pickup cause he’s to busy on the phone. Do better BJ’s

We placed an order for Pick Up waiting more than 45 minutes and they did not bring the order, as could be possible. We called the store and no one answered. BJS Fort Lauderdale in Powerline

The reason why I got a one-star review is no matter what time of morning you get there you be sitting out there trying to get gas in your car the gas station supposed to open up at 6:30 nobody is there to be there on time to pump gas in your car and you don't waste the whole 45 minutes waiting for gas this has happened multiple time it's just not one time of the week it's about just everyday you go there to try to get gas early in the morning nobody's there at 6:30 in the morning to open the pump up it's getting ridiculous

Pickup is sometimes inaccurate and you have to wait for resolution. Slow to come to car after checking in. Often items are stocked out in app and can be found in the store. Cart retrieval is slow and you often have to search the lot for a cart as they are in parking spaces. No enforcement of the pick-up parking spots. Not the best experience, but convenient.

Marcos from produce is one in a billion! My business partner and I truly enjoyed his amazing aura! Marcos was so helpful, enthusiastic and charismatic. BJs Wholesale Club will be a fool to let this man go! He deserves to be a manager!!!!

PEOPLE BE AWARE!
Today April 6 2024, my wife and I came to do some shopping and WOW, we were appalled , disgusted and shocked when we were going to use the restroom ! Filth is a clean word to use for the nasty dirty for which I cannot find words to express what it is like!
If Employees and customers need to use that restroom , I would recommend them to walk to Burger King or Mc Donald to use their restroom!
If you don’t watch out you can get a disease or infection if you would ever use that restroom!
Management doesn’t SEEMS to care about Hygiene in that place

Caution with bakery goods. I purchased a bakery product with a month till product expired, and within a week of eating the first layer of item i noticed a different color on the next layer, it was MOLD. I almost ate that item by mistake.
Upon walking around the store i noticed
flys flying around and land on baked goods, i also saw a fly trapped inside the glazed donuts. Thats why the membership is $20. Absolutely gross ?

Some of the employees, including the manager "Betty", need a few training classes in Customer Service. How they deal with customers is horrible. I will take the longer drive to Costco.
