No customer service skills, cold culture/environment to customer, and not a lot of selection. I was told that there are choices on live bait. I arrived and there was only shiners and worms. There was only 1 size of shiners and the the price was a bit steep, 2 died before I could arrive. This is simply not a warm environment.

Bigg Mouth was a little out of the way but this place really came through with the shiners when no one else had them. The owner is very pleasant to deal with and the place was pretty well organized and clean. I would definitely recommend Bigg Mouth for your bait and tackle needs.

Normal guy wasn’t there. A lady and her kid. Asked for 3 dozen medium shiners. Got to my spot and got 22 counted small babies. Ridiculous since I spent around 40$
