Please adjust your times to reflect the correct business hours. Your hours states open 0900 for Saturday. I showed up at 0900, waited 30-still no show. Came back 1000 and called 2x to no avail. This was a waste of time and inconvenience.

The young man was very nice. I went to another shop before here where they were not helpful at all. He checked my tires saw a huge mail. How the previous person missed it … is beyond me! He changed my tire and was just very polite. Will come back for sure

Fast friendly service.
The young man(Jude) was very helpful.
He showed us how bad our tires were and recommended that we get our vehicle aligned immediately after he replaced the tires in order to avoid tires being worn improperly.

If you're thinking of another tire shop, stop and head here! Discount Tire Direct (online) and here have the best prices on wheels and tires that I've found. Even if you can save a buck or two, you're missing out on the exceptional service. Since this location opened, I was thrilled! A year ago, my daughter needed new tires and I called really close to closing time but they told me to head on up. Price was right and they were great. Yesterday, I drove up to have a tire repaired/patched. For real, go to many South Florida shops and they'll say sure. Not David (the manager). The object imbedded looked large so to be safe, he ordered another tire just in case and had me return today. Turns out, the tire is repairable but that's class! Speaking of repairs, GET the certificates! They're not much more BUT--if you get an object in the tire or other damage and they can't fix it, you're getting a new tire! Which, I would've had a new tire with no out of pocket should this event call for that. Not to mention, the manager asked about my daughter's car A YEAR AFTER I was last here. 100% top notch and the best I've found.

I'm back, different car, need new tires. The service here is incredible compared to any other tire place. I can't see myself ever going anywhere else. The prices are very fair, they pretty much beat any of the other dealers.

Amazing service. David goes the extra mile. All of the staff is great. Fast service. I brought 3 cars there and it took 30-45 minutes for each vehicle. Outstanding service and pricing.

I used to go to the one in Wellington in that place was phenomenal. Overall the initial staff I dealt was no help. However Dave and Erik were awesome and actually took time explain the process and we're helpful.

I've been going to this discount tire regularly over the years and the employees have always been very kind and helpful. They honor price matching, don't try to upsell you, or push unnecessary add ons. You typically won't have a very long wait time for your vehicle's service and the people working are very friendly. Pricing is fair, no ridiculous overcharges for labor, and your receipt/ invoice is crystal clear on what you're being charged for. Can't recommend this place enough!

Bought tires online with another company and had them shipped to store for installation. I called as soon as I was notified they had arrived, and they scheduled an appt that afternoon. I was impressed with the cleanliness and order of both the front and back of the store. The rep greeted me by name asked a few questions, and went out to look at the car. He came back and suggested I may want to consider new wiper blades (they were the originals on my 2019). It was something I did need. He advised the cost and I ok'd. The total price included the tire installation cost they quoted over the phone, and all very reasonable. They gave me an ETA and sent me a link so I can check progress. 30 minutes later (well under the ETA) a tech came to me, advised me on everything they did, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I didnt and instead of just handing me the keys, he personally went and drove the car up to meet me at the entrance. The service includes for as long I have the tires: free inspection, air, and even balancing and rotations. Very professional and excellent customer service.

My pet peeve is when a business closes before their posted times. We showed up around 4:50pm and everything was already shut down. Manager/ owner came out and when I asked if he closed early he just said “yep”. Lol how about “sorry we shut down early today, sir.” or something else besides rudeness when you should still be open for business.Change your posted times to 4:30 or don't close early!!!
