I have shopped here several times. The wait times are usually long when they open. But, this best buy location is convenient and simple.
It also gave me great trade in credit for my iPhone, which was higher than other best buys and apple quoted me for. I bought iPads and exchanged here without any issues.

When I went to a Best Buy on Federal Highway yesterday, I was not aware that you had to sign in if you wanted assistance since no one was at the door to greet us. After almost 30 minutes waiting I finally went up to a counter when I saw someone and they told me the policy changed and you had to sign at the door, when no one was there, they apologize and entered my name. I waited about another 15 minutes and I watched the front door and the gentleman that was upfront continuously walked off and people came in without being acknowledged. It appears this gentleman needs more training and I addressed it, he denied that he ever left, and he greeted every single person , the worst part was that he lied and that doesn’t leave a good taste in my mouth

5 stars for Richard, an associate in laptop section, who went above and beyond his duties 20 mins before close on Friday to find an excellent laptop to exchange the one ordered online. If you happen to be there, ask for Richard!

I did purchase a LG 24'' TV and a Roku stick total over 200 dollars and I never got confirmation of my order and delivery (supposed to go to Tamarac FL) I did phone and I was told it may happened a Glitch in system! I did requested my receipt and he said he can't place to system . I'm customer of Best buy for over 25 years NYC and now FL

Horrible customer service from Alex by the door. He's rude and disrespectful.
I was trying to buy a camera and decided to ask Mr. Alexwonder by the door for the restroom, but that was a huge 300 lbs. disappointment.
Definitely will take my business somewhere else.

Wow. New process for check in is terrible. I walked in and found what I needed but had questions. Wasn't told when I walked in that I had to check in with the guy in the front who's doing 3 jobs (security, check ins, and checking receipts lol) hes also very blunt and stand offish.. not someone who should be greeting customers. Wasted 15 min went to the front gave the guy my name and why I was there and after 5 minutes of him typing was told to wait in the department for 15 minutes. I'm on break and needed a new router but had 1 question. I'm spending 300 bucks and almost walked out because I had to get back to work. These guys are going in the opposite direction. Who's ever idea this was doesn't realize how un efficient this is. This will directly impact their sales.

Prob the worst Best Buy I’ve experienced. Every time I try it’s a fail. I stood at the checkout counter for 10 minutes and asked multiple people if someone could check me out. They all said just wait. I leave annoyed every time.

Please do yourself a favor. DO NOT order appliances from Best Buy in South Florida. It's never been a great experience in terms of delivery, but now they're using a shady company called MB Logistics out of Miami for delivery and install and it is horrendous. Guy was a jerk, couldn't install dishwasher, have had to cancel order and start over elsewhere. No number listed for this company and Best Buy doesn't have one. Seriously. This is who they use. God forbid something goes wrong. Best Buy seems like easy track it's not.
