Nobody at this bank wants to do their job. I’ve come into this branch atleast 5 times for various things over the last several months and every single time I’m told to just call customer service with corporate. Every person in this branch is lazy.

Called this bank to verify wiring instructions for a transaction with a yacht builder and they refused to verify any information. This is a standard banking practice and the people were incredibly RUDE!

WORST banking experience of my life. Made an 11:30 appt for a new business account. Got there at 11;15 and was IGNORED. One women couldn't help me because she was going to lunch at 11:30. I waited until 12 to be seen - and I was on a short timeline. By 12:45 I needed to leave and the guy still had not opened my account. I kept saying I need to leave I have to work. Finally I asked what the hold up was...he told me to leave. He didn't want to be rushed. DO NOT GO HERE. They clearly don't care about their customers if they don't honor appointments. And not being able to open an account in under 1 hour is concerning. You will never get good service with this bank. Go to Wells

Weak bank. I was scammed with few different transactions beside I lost my wallet one time and someone use my debit card at nightclub. I file a police report and I file a dispute for both transactions. They couldn’t do anything about it and I lost few thousands because they are weak bank they will not fight to get your money back. I’m glad I didn’t switch my business account with this bank. Horrible customer service all from Philippine or India. Never again please go bank with a good bank where your money and personal information will be in safe hands. I don’t recommend this bank to my worst enemy. Get lost

HORRIBLE! Opened a biz acct. Took 28 days to receive debit card. Went to branch 9 times to inquire. My acct and online access got locked. The bank staff sent emails to try to unlock. I was told to stop back, again. The same day the card came in the, I received 3 letters telling me the acct was closed for fraud! They gained and lost a customer in less 30 days. Three other people I told about said their brief experience with this bank was horrible. Hours are terrible. No card issue on site. Truist fails!

Today I was waiting at the drive up window for 15 minutes I pushed the door bell 4 times and nobody came to the window finally I went inside and I was the only person on line and the teller said I’ll be right with you then 10 minutes later he said I can help you now.This is the worst service I ever had at a bank. I don’t recommend using this bank

Do your self a favor and drive the mile to the Wilton manors branch. This branch is terrible, rude, snark tellers, lazy they love handing out cards and say call the 800 number. Was told they could not help me with my issue call 800 and it will take 3-4 weeks. Went to see Michael at the wilton manors branch everything was handled in less than 24 hours. Goes to show you they don’t care at all and have no clue what to do at this sunrise location. If it wasn’t for Michael I would’ve pulled every red penny out of their bank and went somewhere else like wells Fargo for my banking. Screw this place.

I'm very displeased with the service I received at this branch. I went in to make a cash payment. The banker who serviced me seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She processed my payment as different loan type. This messed up my account. My issue is still not resolved. This is so unacceptable. This will make me think twice with banking with Truist. So dissatisfied!!!

This bank Teller completely humiliated me. I go for quarters the teller sends all the change back asking to separate it. I have my 3 month old baby in my car after separating all my change. She ask me to come in. I was furious not only did she make completely count the she tells me now I must come into the bank. Im living South Florida and its 82 degrees i have my 3 month babe in the car. They have in the past given me change. I was so humiliated. This is my put my money into this account. Because these teller only treat people upon their status. I was hurt and humiliated. I'll never return.
