I had my boat at this marina for nearly 3 years. They were always proactive in telling me if any issues with the boat if I wasn’t there. Never had a problem and they always answered my emails promptly. Beside a dock space I also enlisted their services for some repairs. I found their prices to be comparable to other prices I found outside so I did the repairs with them. Overall very pleased with the provided service. Once I get a new boat this Marina will be my first option.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I would not recommend this place for service on your boat. We took our pontoon here to be cleaned and replace the bottom paint. The gave us a quote, and they revised it as it was more work. The price doubled! We immediately went to pick it up, and pretty much paid for the “work done”, aka the ransom price to get our boat back. There was no evidence of any work was done on the cleaning. We took it home, spent an hour, and the boat was clean. We have taken the boat to a different place for bottom paint. We will never use Banyan Bay again, and would definitely not recommend this place!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I would not recommend this place for service on your boat. We took our pontoon here to be cleaned and replace the bottom paint. Excellent customer service! We love this location. We have used them a few times now and would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs a boat slip. We have only ever used the wet slips but we would be willing to use them if we ever needed a dry dock as well.

Great marina affordable marina with a welcoming friendly and very professional staff. I've seen them saved several vessels from sinking with a rapid response. Although I suggest to check your bilge pumps often. The sunsets are beautiful every day. They also have services available in case you need repairs on your vessels. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful.
