  I just walk in the place lookNice, there were 3 tellers no customers, no line. I just went directly a cashier asking for information about open a account and she answered my question nicely, but when I said ok I want to open account, the looking each other like "do it you, no, you, no why me? do it you" bla, bla , bla. So when I so that attitude, I think, oh no, better go away from here and I have to leave.

  I opened a 2nd account with Bank United at this branch. Sadly my account manager mishandled the account from the start and it just spiraled into more of a headache than I expected. A simple apology would have gone a long way in this instance. Instead I got a lame excuse and a "it's not a big deal". Clearly customer service was lacking for me.

  Have been a member for almost a year, very nice, clean and easy to get in / out, never a line, Regina has helped me anytime I had an issue even over the phone. It's nice to see people still care about their jobs and customer service albeit only a few minutes.
