I had great service the day I came to open an account. I received a flyer in the mail for a bonus offer for opening an account. There is validated garage parking. They gave me a coffee mug for a welcome gift. They have an online banking app and Zelle service.

This was my second time EVER walking into a OZK Branch in my life and I walked in just to cash a check and I walked out opening a new personal checking & moved two business accounts over from a previous bank to Bank OZK . Walter & and the entire crew honestly were awesome. Answered all my questions literally , I walked out enlightened ?. Very dope experience and I plan to do a lot more business with bank OZK .
