I went to open a checking account. They asked me if I had an appointment, I said no. Well, then sit down and wait for us to serve you. I saw the bankers walking from one side to the other, no one asked me anything, I saw no interest in serving me, the bank was empty. without clients. Before, I remember when I arrived in this country, they cried when you went into the bank to open an account. Now it seems that they don't care. I literally insisted on waiting for that empty bank and no one cared about my presence. So I left.. The attention that was given to me is terrible. I must add that if you see the ratings this situation has been going on for several months and maybe years and there is no one who sees and reads everything that is happening here and nothing is why they do not improve the quality of service they feel untouchable... like opinion doesn't matter everything is until one day... This has been going on for years, read the comments of others and no one does anything, they should close this bank or vote out all the employees who don't know how to work. essential of a bank which is customer service if we cannot do business or invest with our money

When I open a checking account with them, the service was good and then I got my credit card Leidy help me the first time she was nice but after that I had a prob with it I didn’t understand so I tried to call the number she gave me but no answer she said that i could come and ask for her I did I had an appointment with her and I think it was Sébastien he told me that she’s not there she’s on lunch break and come back for 1h I think I was like ok no prob then he assisted me but the way he was talking to me was rude and I wanted him to explain something to me he was looking at me like I’m supposed to understand that so I just left and when I went outside to wait for my ride I saw Leydi passed by me 2 times it wasn’t even 10 mns after I left the bank?♀️and she told me also to leave a message and she will call me back she never did. It’s like they’re happy to help you open an account but if you need help with said account they’re nowhere to be found and if you get help they are rude to you.

I was scammed last Christmas and Bank of America could not have been more helpful in getting my money back. I'm not a wealthy person I need every dime I have Christmas would've been ruined. I saved that money up and once again, I couldn't be more grateful. They actually did save Christmas for me.

Do Not use Bank of America!! They canceled my wire transfer without authorization. Put my account under review, just because I sent a wire to Coinbase. Then they closed my account and lied to me saying they snail mailed me a check. After two more trips to the bank, they have still not given my money back!!Always Clients in their lobby complaining about Wire Transfers and LoansGo on YouTube and search how many people are missing large amounts of cash from BOA!!! Even Forbes Magazine wrote an article: 415 Reasons Not to Bank with Bank of America!!! Bankster Thieves !!

I hate leaving a 1 star review because typically if I have a bad experience I don’t go back. This branch deserves it. Incompetent, rude and lack of English describes this branch. Been here twice and am amazed at how poorly the employees are trained and speak with people. Will lose customers if something isn’t done. I gave the pompano branch a 5 star review because they are the total opposite.

Your money likely isn’t safe with Bank of America. I was hacked while using their website to send a wire to a funeral home. All of my money was stolen the same week I was planning my father’s funeral and the branch could not do anything to help me. I would not recommend BOA for your banking.

Leidy did not open my account correctly causing it to get locked out and decided they could not assist me any longer Jonathan Gonzalez dismissed me after I voiced my opinion very unprofessional they are only interested in helping people that look like them if you are of any color and would like to be treated with respect please do not come here absolutely disgusting

Worst tellers ever, move at a snails pace, look around lost a disorientated. You can tell they are paid hourly based on their work pace.. they don’t care about the customer just care about looking busy so they don’t have to help you. Absolutely terrible service they need to restaff the whole place

One teller , 5 business people just standing around . Literally the worst bank . I wish I could encourage everyone to take their money out and have them go out of business. Very careless employees as customers wait . Hire more tellers and less bankers. Can't wait to switch banks .
