We had a great experience here. All of the employees were helpful and friendly, and answered all of our questions with patience. Aldo in particular went above and beyond. We really felt like he understood and cared about our situation, and helped us get set up in a way that best suited us and our business. Thank you for your help!

I frequently go in this bank as it's my local B of A.The staff could not be friendlier, there is nearly always someone to greet you if you need help. Yes the wait to see someone specific (other than regular banking) can be a while if you don't make an appointment but the waiting area is pleasant and clean (and this isn't the 1970s - you've got a phone to occupy yourself for 10minutes!).Double lane drive through and an additional cash machine at front of bank. Overall 5stars!

This bank is located on Sunrise, just south of where Federal meets Sunrise boulevard. I went to use the ATM and it was easy and painless. They have two ATM machines that you can drive up to. I like that you can choose what type of bills you want with your withdrawal, that makes it so much easier.

I have been to this bank 3 months in a row and have always had a 45 minute wait in line They do not seem properly staffed. 1 teller to an average line of 15 -20 people. People waiting in the lobby for their appointments the entire time. Managers don't help at the desk and don't greet you when you.

Worst BofA location, made an appointment and waited an hour. No one greeted me, long lines and frustrated people. Dirty couches and smells like mold.
