The actual location of this Bank of America isn't the best. It's smacked in the middle of Las Olas and parking is a mess. Also, this branch is only open weekdays. So why the five stars then? The people who work there. Point blank I've been a Bank of America client for years. Whenever I've had a problem, they've always come through for me. On this particular occasion, or occasions rather, I've been setting up and administering accounts. Personal ones. I found a financial advisor, as well as an investment advisor at this location. Both have been rockstars in helping me achieve my money goals. Whenever I've had a comment or concern, they've held meetings with me. Sometimes if it's small, we end up just e-mailing or phoning. Truly I can't be more grateful. So grateful that I can deal with all the inconveniences of this branch. The people working there truly do care about their customers and that isn't something you see every day.

“Your time is valuable our specialists” - let me stop you there. The caliber of people in this bank and at BOA in general is a joke. They are not business professionals this could easily be a McDonalds or Starbucks but at least there you receive a product. I have my business and personal banking here with plenty of funds and their lack of care, service and intelligence is unacceptable. Stay away far far away from this company they are in bed with sister companies and hand out your personal info hand over fist. They refuse to put anything in writing or email always calling because they know their low level staff leaves them liable.

like to share a horrible experience I had at Las Olas branch in Fort Lauderdale FloridaTracy is a Manager there. She was discourteous to me and disrespectful and unprofessional. I had an issue over receiving a request for some new bills to hand out to underprivileged youth as holiday gifts and despite having inventory she felt compelled to limit what she wanted to provide. That I can understand, it is always about wanting to be fair. However for the past six months every few weeks I have put in request for new currency in preparation for the holidays to hand out to underprivileged children that have excelled academically at school as a reward. There's nothing like receiving a crisp new bill. I am dismayed at the behavior of Tracy. She created quite a scene in the lobby over what I thought was a simple request. Maybe she's been stressed due to the holidays approaching, but I can tell you this I will be closing out my accounts at Bank of America and I will do business with Chase or Wells Fargo at least they hire professional employees that value their clients and customers. And treat them accordingly. My major issue with Tracy, is rather than being professional and courteous, especially to a platinum bank customer, she chose to yell all the way over the counter in front of all the other staff members and customers yelling at me about "who called who" and if "somebody called me" ... to let me know that the money had arrive to the branch. It almost seemed like she was trying to blame this other employee for her own incompetency.

I thought that there would be some value in being what's considered a platinum Bank of America account holder. However the treatment that I have received at this branch on numerous occasions has been beneath my lowest expectation of levels of service. Today was sort of the final straw. Tracy was discourteous to me and disrespectful and unprofessional. I had an issue over receiving a request for some new bills to hand out to underprivileged youth as holiday gifts and despite having inventory she felt compelled to limit what she wanted to provide.
