Terminal 1 on FLL - storage 4 itens overnight (2 suitcases). Staff wasn't patient and didn't explain their procedure to storage. I was charged $10/day and their website says $8/day. I requested to open my luggages for check up, one had a zip-tie that they broke and offered me to purchase new ones. The ones they sold me weren't labeled/with a code, and after all, when I picked up the luggage there was NO SEAL! I'm still on way to final destination and will make sure all my stuff is in the suitcase. ???? In time, I sent them an email. Waiting on a response/explanation of incident. They mention TSA approved. I'll be reporting them. Traveling with an infant and a toddler by myself this was a great option to make my trip easier, but now not sure was worth it. Stressed and concerned.

There are older reviews saying the place is only open weekends but this isn’t true. As of May 2024 it’s open seven days a week. But the all-week location is located in Terminal 1, above the Starbucks, directly when you enter from the parking lots. Other terminals only have weekend locations.
Service was easy, worked like they said, and I could store my jacket with my bag for no extra price. $10/bag/day.

Lady broke the zipper on my suitcase while doing bag search not happy with my experience. Next time I’ll just carry my suitcase with me at terminal 3

Easy to find location. The location is mis-represented in Google maps resulting in frustration among some folks.
It's located in terminal 1 building 1, above Starbucks (up or down the escalators, depending on where you are. It's the middle level). Easy process and great service by Rebecca - efficient and quick.

Great price, Great Service. Have a flight or Cruise not leaving until later? Have baggage to drag around. Store your bags and be on your way. 1-? Days price per bag. Available in Terminal 1 on the second floor. Terminal 2 1st floor in Arrivals. Terminal 3 3rd floor in Baggage claims next to Jet Blue

Great option to have! Price to hold luggage was very affordable. I can’t remember the workers name but she saw I made a mistake on the amount of bags I added to my online reservation. The sign at the counter state no refunds but she reached out to her manager and was able to make sure I would get refunded for the amount I didn’t need. Overall great experience and was a huge help to us since we had a whole day to kill before our flight!

What is even the point if it's in one terminal on four days out of the week in limited hours. It's probably a fortune, too, not that I would know because it's Tuesday at 630am and they don't open until Friday at 930am.

False information on this two-bit business's website left us sitting in a terminal for 7 hours instead of sightseeing in Ft. Lauderdale. Their home page misleadingly says "Located in all four terminals, ... Bags To Go offers convenient and secure baggage storage 7 days a week from 9 am to 5:30 p.m."We made plans relying on that, and only discovered the truth, on the next web page, when at the airport. They are only open Friday through Monday, only in Terminal 1, and only 9 am to 5:30 pm. A real business offering these services would really be open 7 days, and for longer hours. And wouldn't mislead on their homepage

Wonderful service, was able to drop off our bags for the day while we explored the city and came back to pick them up before our flight with no issues. Please note that the location is at Terminal 1, Level 2 even though it shows at Terminal 4 on the map.

First of all, thanks google maps for the wild goose chase, by showing the old location in terminal 4. The deception continued from Bags to Go for having a decoy location at the end of terminal 4. The people at the desk for a nearby business contributed by saying it was upstairs. Finally after calling, the phone number we were directed to terminal 1. We finally found the place above the Starbucks. We asked if this is where we check our bags. We were directed to the third floor. Wrong! Went back down to 2nd floor. We asked again of we could check our 4 bags. Of course we could was the reply. We decided that after wasting all the time up to then that the 3 extra hours we had before our flight may as well be spent waiting in the terminal.

All locations at FLL closed except one IN TERMINAL ONE not TWO like the sign in the wrong end of terminal 1 says, Make this public info so the rest of the world whose time is valuable isn't wasting it on a wild goose chase pointlessly walking with their bags back and forth from one terminal to the other for no reason. They accept cash only, but no change to break 100 for a single $40 bag fee. I walked away after they directed me to get change at Starbucks, I'll just hoof my bag around town instead.

Tried to store my 5 bags. First I was told it was full. I was standing and talking with family members and another family walked up and picked up 8 bags. So we went back to see if we could then check our bags. The young man then said that he wasn’t able to accept bags. He said Someone else had to do it but they were on break. While is sitting in a chair playing on his phone. The worst experience ever. And I can’t even imagine the amount of money this business loses daily.

Nice and easy bag care for a long lay over. Reasonable prices bags were untouched when I got back. Highly recommend right off the strip.
