How y'all sale people furniture with bed bugs on it please and explain and not only that you guys want to rush people for money and want to sale people dirty furniture with bedbugs on it don't make no sense and it's not just 1 bedbug it's multiple bedbugs been hiding on the furniture that's disgusting and make my skin crawl......count yall days Babcock......literally it haven’t been even a year since I’ve purchased this furniture and to see it have bed bugs on it make me real upset I can’t even sit or sleep on my fur in because it had bedbugs on it…….after spending all this money on a damn furniture…..

Do not buy anything from these people, especially from the location in Plantation. From the manager go straight down the line they are rude and very unprofessional and speak to customers like they on the street.

Although there’s this one rude guy here that pissed me off last year, over all I’ve been with these guys for years BOB is great so is Sheri in the back area very helpful…..

Badcock always has good / decent furniture, but I will never go back to that particular store to buy anything, the 2nd time I went there to buy a bedroom set after I’ve fully paid a whole leather living room in full, someone shout across if I owe them because I ask them for availability in a set, I still ended up buying a full bedroom set again over $2000 with mattress paid in full within 3 months. Few months ago I went there for something else , that same guy who sold me one of those set, the Spanish guy trying to talk my ears off bragging about his life. Then was asking for so much information if want to buy a furniture , I must paid half cash blah blah . Also ask I should Bring my housing information such as lease copy etc. Don’t play with people, if it was a white person you wouldn’t ask then those types of question. Never again. You guys care more about making money from people than professionalism. I went Somewhere else a different furniture store and purchased something I liked.

Bought two sofa and when I finally try to recline in a side that I dont sit in it is broken. The hinge comes off and the lever doesn't work.

To start off, I want to first point out that while my delivery experience was awful, the customer service at the store as well as the customer service center was exceptionally good. It's unfortunate that the delivery team was such a disappointment. Juan Carlos in-store was so nice, knowledgeable and patient as I had my kids with me and was communicating with my husband via FaceTime to pick out a sofa while he was at work. Juan Carlos even bought my girls a soda from the vending machine which was so kind. So, onto the delivery... they came in a team of 2. One man attempted to unload the sofa from the truck by himself, and in the process he dropped it several times and flipped it once because he was trying to bring it up the driveway by himself on a regular dolly cart. As I watched in disbelief from the window, I walked outside after seeing him, drop it twice and flip it, and asked him if he had help. He said yes, but at this time the other person had not gotten out of the truck yet. He proceeded to drag the sofa up my long driveway. I asked if that was a good idea to do that and his response was "it has cardboard on the side so it should be fine". Then, he tried to shove the sofa that was too big for my door, through the front door. I heard a crack and told him to stop, that I would get my keys and open the side door so they could take it through the back of my house where I have a large patio opening. He said no he can get it through there. I went to grab my keys anyways and at that point the other man had gotten out of the truck and told him to take the cushions off of the sofa to get it in the door. So he did, and pushed it inside. As he removed the plastic, I immediately looked for damage on the side of the sofa that had been dragged up the driveway. Of course, there was a rip on the side of the corner where it had been dragged. I pointed it out along with several other damaged areas and said I don't want it like that. After unwrapping everything he called customer service and the lady on the phone ordered a replacement the following Wednesday to be delivered. She also offered me a $100 credit if I would take it as is, but I refused. They did not connect the sofa sectional together and screwed on the legs crooked on top of everything. After they left, I checked my door for damage since he was shoving the sofa in and of course, the crack I had heard, was the very bottom door hinge coming loose. It had separated from the frame of the door.my door handle is also very loose. So, I called back customer service to complain about the damage. A supervisor (Lucas) got back to me the same day and after going back and forth on what to do with the order, my husband and I decided to return everything. Lucas processed the return after the sofa was picked up a week later and we purchased a sofa from a different retailer. Lucas was very nice, explained everything and set up for a repair man to come to my house to repair the door. I have an appointment with him tomorrow, hopefully that will go well. I want to thank Lucas and Juan Carlos for their help along the way and while this wasn't the outcome we had wanted, it could have been much worse. It wouldn't be right to give only one star because this place really has the potential to do better if they would employ delivery persons that do their job properly.

I bought a bedroom and living room set from Badcock furniture 3821 west Broward Blvd. Within four months the sofa started sinking . I made a complain and was told to call customer which I did. They took two to send a technician, after came , I had to call after a week . I spoke to a representative , they said that they already went ahead to order new cushions. I told her I prefer the change the chairs because the cushions won't fix the problem , because it the base that's the problem. She said no that can't work. The order the cushion and I'll receive them six weeks time . I wouldn't recommend this company nor would I give them and star . They care nothing about the customer satisfaction. What's worse I got scared by an open staple beneath the bottom of the chair and then this rude representative had the audacity to hang up on me after all that . These people have zero regard for their customers

Extremely dissatisfied with Badcock furniture I purchase a dinette that cost me over $1000 and within a year the chairs are bending and my son even fell off. Upon having someone come out and check on them we were told that there was nothing they can do because it is not a warranty defect and we would have to look for chairs that match “the kind of people that we are” by that I guess she meant tall heavy weight people and I felt extremely discriminated. She offered me a 15% credit which would be about $110 towards the purchase of six new chairs. This does absolutely nothing for us. Why would I purchase furniture from a company that wont replace unsafe furniture?We have been customers of Badcock for many years and the quality of the furniture is not only disappointing but extremely unsafe. I know point that I asked for my money back I just wanted replacement chairs that can hold my family at dinner safely. I will not recommend this company and take my business elsewhere.
