AZ Contracting remodeled our kitchen. They did a great job! From design to construction, Eran and Crystal kept us informed about their work schedule. Any issues or questions were always answered promptly. The crews cleaned up each day and kept a tidy work area. I would use AZ Contracting again for any remodeling and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional remodel. I love my new kitchen!

We are Canadians snowbirds in Florida. We had water damage in our condo and did not personally know a general contractor. Our research through Internet lead us to AZ Contracting in Fort Lauderdale, after interviewing 3 other GC’s. AZ Contracting answered our request promptly and told us the owner would be coming to our place himself.Amit is a pleasant man and we felt confident when we met him.We truly appreciated AZ’s commitment on our project of remodelling our kitchen and bedroom. Amit helped us a lot in understanding the dealings with our insurance company.Crystal, Stephanie and Amit were always available to answer our questions and recommend various cabinets, flooring or hardware for our project. The amount of consideration into being as cost effective as possible was remarkable.The excellent workmanship throughout was outstanding and we could not be happier with the results. We must give a 100% satisfied mark. Red is a very meticulous employee.We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a general contractor.It has been such a positive experience to work with AZ Contracting.

This company is a joke! I have been waiting for over a week for an appointment and they continue to cancel the apt by not showing up. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional by hang up phone on you when they won't admit they have messed up. The dispatch who they say is a supervisor is so NASTY and RUDE on the phone. I have explained to them that I have 2 young kids with no A/C and truly don't have a heart or care to help. Great holiday spirt! I strongly don't recommend you support this company!

I don’t typically write reviews, and if I do it is usually about a horrific experience I have had, but based on the experience we have had with AZ Contracting I feel compelled to write this... Me and my wife embarked on the journey to fully gut and expand our kitchen. We met with multiple contractors and from a pricing perspective all of the quotes were fairly similar. Being such a large investment and undertaking it is a bit nerve racking in trying to decide which is the right contractor to partner with to complete the renovation. Not sure exactly what it was, maybe their preparedness, perceived honesty, knowledge, attention to the detail but something about our interactions with AZ (Amit and Stephanie) through the proposal process gave us a sense of comfort and we signed with them. Now that our kitchen is coming to completion I can honestly say we made the RIGHT choice with AZ Contracting. The whole team was fabulous Amit, Eran, Stephanie, Red, & Ron and all their subs were amazing. Stephanie was holding our hand through the entire process. They kept us informed every step of the way about timing and expectations. Their professionalism and attention to the smallest of details is above and beyond what we ever would have expected. We can’t thank them enough for giving us my wife’s dream gourmet kitchen, they have truly transformed our house. I honestly hope not to be doing a renovation to this magnitude in a very long time, but if I do there is no question that AZ contracting will be who I utilize. Amit, Eran, Stephanie, Red, and Ron thank you for doing such an amazing job on our house!

Amit and the team are honest and caring and want the job done right. We worked with AZ on a large project and even some smaller bathroom remodels and they handle everything start to finish… anything that comes up with deal with in a professional manner, and their pricing is fair and transparent!

My family and I truly learned the hard lessons of home ownership last year when we had a leak in our kitchen. We reached out to Stephanie and Amit from AZ and they were so helpful and responded quickly. Despite all the setbacks due to supply shortages we had a very smooth process, only 3 weeks without a kitchen and everything went as planned. The entire team from start to finish were incredibly professional, on time, and clean. We got very lucky to have found AZ Contracting & Restoration and would recommend their services in a heartbeat. We are so happy with our kitchen and downstairs and love all the recommendations from Stephanie, who truly guided us through this entire process. Again thank you Stephanie, Amit, and team.

I recently contracted a repair/renovation with AZ Contracting and Restoration. Amit came out and quickly provided me with an accurate and affordable quote. A few weeks later the work began. Everyone on the team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The repair/renovation required extensive drywall, paintwork and flooring. Each of the subcontractors were very efficient and thorough. The paint and drywall guy worked tirelessly even through the weekends. Seeing as I was still living at the house during the repair I can not overstate how much I appreciated how clean they kept the house throughout the duration of the work. I was in constant contact with AZ throughout the job, continuously being updated about the scope of work. AZ provided me with excellent advice regarding material choices and styling. As a blessing, AZ completed the job AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!! The property was promptly listed and sold within a day and a half. The results were gorgeous! The house commanded and received the highest unit sale price in the neighborhood to date!!!This was all made possible by the work and vision provided by AZ! I was truly impressed by the entire experience with AZ, their subcontractors are truly a testament to the values that AZ promises and delivers as a company.Immense thanks and appreciation to Amit, and all those involved! You worked a small miracle!!

This company is the worst in town first of all they sign contrat with you ,they take months to start ,and when they start ,the city has to stop ✋️ them, because they didn't requested the permit , and they told you they will take care of everything, they lied every single day to your face. I m very disappointed with this company ?

We had a leak behind our kitchen cabinets during a time when both cabinets and building supplies were very difficult to get. AZ Contracting & Restoration did a fantastic job helping us navigate through this difficult time. The advice was professional and honest. Our questions and concerns were answered each time we inquired about the progress of the project. The workers sent to our home were both expert and friendly. They were able to lift our counter tops without breaking and put them back on with precision. Will I use them again for future projects? The answer is definitely. Only this time I hope it is for remodeling and not restoration!!

Our condo needed some updating.Amit came by and made some fantastic recommendations as far as laminate flooring and new baseboards.The installers were there on date promised and on time. The installers were extremely nice and professional.The installation was completed on time (2days)and looks fantastic!Would definitely recommend AZ Contracting!

This is the second time that we hired AZ Contracting & Restoration to do remodeling work at our house. This time it was a remodel of a guest bathroom the downstairs of our house and the railing of our stairs.
The owner of the company is a perfectionist. Stephanie who is the person that directs all of the projects is also a perfectionist and makes sure that every detail is to the customers liking. Stephanie also shows up on the job site to make sure that the people doing the work have done the work done to her standards and to AZ’s standards. She will find issues with things she that the home owner will not see. If the home owner has a problem with something, AZ will fix it.
Stephanie will assist you with design, color choice and everything else you may want in order to make your project the best that it can be.
AZ stands behind their work. A year after the remodel with our master bathroom, I noticed a problem with the paint color that I didn’t notice before. I contacted AZ and they sent someone out to fix the problem. I have lived in Florida for 36 years. It is a rare thing to find a contractor that cares about the job and that they do an makes sure that they do the job right. It is even rarer for a contractor to stand by the work that has been done and come back a year after the work was done and fix a problem.
We highly recommend AZ Contracting & Restoration for any project that you may have.

AZ was great, reliable and responsive during our entire home remodel. Our project was extensive and it was completed on time (early actually) and on budget. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly and the process went as smoothly. We would recommend AZ and certainly would use them again on future projects.
