Horrible experience. Sat in the store for over half an hour. Two other customers in the store. Employee did not seem to have a clue what he was doing. Never acknowledged me the entire time I was there. Might be time for a new carrier

Add) I'm once again frustrated by your reply. The sim card didn't work on the phone I brought, and the representative said it's my phone's problem, without checking it with any other phones. I went back home and then tried it on other phones, none of which worked. I called the store explaining that it did not work on ANY of the phones, the store simply replied that prepaid sims were nonrefundable.Another AT&T representative (not from this store) who checked the sim card confirmed that it was the card's problem. I got a new one, which works just fine with that original phone.Either the store is lying or there was yet another customer this store couldn't get the sim card working...Worst at&t experience here and avoid this place at any cost. An inexperienced representative sold me an unusable prepaid sim card and when I asked him to fix it, he said there's nothing he could do about it. I mean its a prepaid sim. How hard can it be??? Don't go here to waste your money!!

Sierra O. Is exceptionally cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. I've been with At&t for over 20 years and Sierra is probably the best agent I've dealt with for At&t and I've dealt with a lot of good agents over those years. Its hard going into a store to do business nowadays with everything going on in the world but Sierra not only made me feel at ease but went above and beyond my expectations making it a very pleasant experience. Her co-worker Ana was also very professional as well. Both Sierra and Ana deserve a promotion in my opinion and at the very least should be training new future At&t employees!

I got ripped off at this store. Went in a day or two after Thanksgiving for another reason. Ended up seeing an add on the large advertising screen they have inside for a Buy one get one free on apple watches. So naturally, I signed right up so I could gift one to my husband for Christmas and then one to myself. I looked over my bill today and noticed that I was being charged for both watches. I tried calling the store several times, no answer. I called customer service, apparently all they have available is $200 off when you buy 2 apple watches and there's no record of who the person was that sold me the watches so they can't launch and investigation. Meanwhile, I have covid and can't go in person so I'm stuck being transferred around to people just reading scripts and not able to actually help me. On top of this debacle, while I was in the store, I signed up to get business internet at my place of business. I was told by the rep that they would give me a promotional credit of $500 for switching from Comcast to AT&T business since it was going to cost me a $450 early termination fee to cancel Comcast. I signed in today to claim the credit and guess what, it's only $100!!! I called customer service and it took them 2 hours and 9 different representatives to finally get me to the loyalty department and they are submitting a "request" (pending approval) for a $400 provisional credit towards my account, no guarantee though!Not to mention, I called and set up the first initial appointment for business internet and they charged me a $200 advanced payment (which is totally understandable) to set up the account. I had an emergency and had ti cancel that appointment so I set a new one the following week and they where supposed to apply the $200 I already paid towards my first bill OR credit it back to my bank account. Well, guess what, I checked my bill and there was NO credit and the money had not been returned to my account either. After 90 min of being transferred to different departments and put on hold I finally was able to get the charge reversed. Also, my husband's name is spelled wrong on the caller ID for both his Apple Watch and his phone, my Son's name is wrong for the caller ID on his phone and when they ordered the phones for them, they mixed up who's was who's so now my Son's name shows up from my Husband's phone and vice versa. I've had nothing but issues since switching to AT&T and still have to spend tomorrow calling and figuring out how to fix this stupid mess. No one should have this amount of trouble opening accounts with a new company especially as big as AT&T. I'm super disappointed and will never recommend This AT&T location to anyone.

Always better when you work with knowledgeable people. I needed help with with several mobile devices - iPhones, iPads, Droids - and they took care of everything right away. And along with their tech know-how, they are very friendly too. Shelves are stocked with accessories, cases, etc.... good store!
