“I made a stop here for a few crafting items once I discovered there was one in the area. I came here a few minutes after opening the inside was empty other than the two employees working and maybe one other customer. This location is quite spacious and more organized than other ones I've been to. I needed help locating one of the plain baseball hats, and the employee gave me information, and where in the aisle I'd find it, which helped a lot. Checkout was easy, and I had signed up for the rewards and lucked out with a sign up discount as well as a coupon discount. I got a lot of items for a great price. Honestly, it's nice to have one near me when I'm in need of craft supplies in a hurry!”

“Hello! I just wanted to send a quick email to tell you how pleased I am with my products and customer service! My daughter is expecting a baby and is due in the next 3 weeks. She had asked me to make an announcement sign for her. I was concerned about ordering the acrylic and having it arrive in time to me in NC, then have time to get the announcement made and shipped to my daughter in central Florida. I called and spoke to a very nice woman at your location and she was SO helpful!! Unfortunately I can not remember her name, but she reassured me that I should have my acrylic in 2 days from placing the order. She even called me back after I placed the order online to make sure I was ok with the shipping options. Of course I had my acrylic two days later!! I was so happy!! I have a GlowForge Pro and used the cut settings as suggested on your website. I did a test cut with no problems. Once I was ready to cut the designs, it cut beautifully!!! Thank you so much for a beautiful product and excellent customer service!!!”
