Extremely unprofessional and very rude. Called for a commercial auto quote they told me they can’t and won’t quote me even though Armando Avila has no clue what my business does. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This is a rude, rude person on this particular business. Looks like screaming on clients is a nature of Mr.Avila as per my experience and reviews of other clients.Also 5 stars review might come just from his friends and relatives. If you read this review I encourage you to find different agent of a State Farm or better insurance company. From now on I will never consider State Farm as my insurance of any kind. Also, Better Business Bureau might need to acknowledge this information.

If I could I would do no stars at all for this agent and the office! Worst experience ever. The agents are rude, unprofessional and worst of all they lure you with a lower quote but sigh up with much higher. State Farm company itself weird structured and very hard to find help and/or answer within it. Definitely no recommend. Run Run Run..

Armando and his team are the best in the industry. They take care of their clients as if they were family, and take the time to make sure you understand your policy and it’s benefits. They are also very cost conscious and do their best to work within their client’s budget. Highly recommend this family run office for all your insurance needs!

Very rude and condescending attitude from Armando Arvila. I have been with SF for 30 plus years and his response today to my issue was find another agent as we were not “ compatible “. He interrupts you all the time and today knowing this would be the case from prior experience I asked him not to interrupt and hear me out but he interrupted me 4 times anyway claiming he felt he had too because he did not agree with what I was saying. So tomorrow I am leaving for another agent. Horrible, rude man. Shame is April in his office is really nice. Plenty of agents out there don’t waste your time with this one.

Armando's office is always professional and courteous. They've maintained consistent prices and provided excellent customer service throughout the 5 years that I have had them as my insurance provider. Highly recommend!

This guy is tremendously rude and arrogant, I am trying to fix and find out why every month I pay a different amount and I am calling them and they never called me back later when I showed up at the office the coward said he couldn't help me I'm going to report!! to better business bureaus!!!
