“I lived here for a little over five years and generally had a good experience. The maintenance team, Paul and Jesus, are wonderful. Quick, friendly and hospitable. They are certainly the heart of what makes Berkshire a nice place to live. Noise is the biggest issue with this community. After three years of living here I had a noisy neighbor move in next door who blasted music at all hours of the night (sometimes starting at midnight going until 8 am) which caused my bedroom walls to vibrate and effected my sleep. Unfortunately, even after multiple emails and visits to the management office, and even a phone call with corporate, this noise issue was never resolved which resulted in me not renewing my lease.
The management office does a good job of decorating for the holidays and organizing social events for the residents. The gym is nice too.”
“Sunrise Harbor security were phenomenal with friendliness and customer service. Would recommend at the very least stopping by. Admiral security Joshua Augustin showed exceptional showmanship and awareness of building. Flovanly Destine was also well presented and greeted members with great energy.”

Nov 2025 update: the building has gone through management change and they are doing everything they can to make it a better experience for all.
I am really liking the new concierge service - Tyrese and Alex have been so nice and helpful! And they don’t judge us who may have a shopping problem ?always smiling and ready to help!”
