Waste of time. They will deny you service based on how you look and waste your time indefinitely.
I called to see if you really can assit. Nope no one answered mean, u cant assist or dont want to. Its ok we cant all be winners ? but I will not even dare to ever walk in to a branch of yours knowing that you deliberately cant do anything for me with no reasons. Big waste of time fuel and dignity.

Ronald was friendly, courteous, patient, and extremely helpful throughout my visit here. Makes any process for any type of transaction seamless. Definitely the type of guy you’d want assisting you.

I barely come to Ascot only when I have to cash a check for work purposes. Because you guys you know my reviews across fort Lauderdale. Then you know I'm all about customer service and right now I wanted to leave a review on a gentleman named Ronald Jr. This guy has the right attitude in great work ethic.

Came in to cash a check that should have been direct deposit but I was sent a check instead. I am visiting from out of state so I had to get the check overnighted from my home state so I could cash it. No US Banks down here so I was referred to Amscot. They took all of my information, just to say “no” and that they cannot cash it. Now I’m questioning the integrity of this business because why weren’t you able to verify and validate the authenticity of my check? If it had actually been fraudulent then that’s one thing, I get it. But a real check, but because it is from a different city it was questionable. Really weird if you ask me. I’m pretty sure y’all really get scammed everyday, and here I am an honest individual just looking to cash a check because the next person didn’t do their own job correctly and process my direct deposit lol. Anyhoo, my first and last time here. Their rates are outrageous. Their manager was on the phone blasting off another lady about being Trinidadian/Jamaican and a bunch of irrelevant stuff. I almost walked out when I peeped the vibes but I didn’t have time.
Definitely will never return god willing.

My review is dedicated to this certain employee by the name of “Bree” ABSOLUTELY amazing individual. Superb customer service. Always greeting with a smile all while handling your money situations expeditiously and accurately. Promotion needs to be in consideration BIG TIME! Beautiful spirit. Beautiful person. Educated & Professional. I wish everyone had this type of energy while being on the frontline of handling customers.
