(. Be careful with this company. All Amerigas customers are such a degrading company. They don't care if they don't have gas on a weekend and they don't even come to sharpen the tank. They just charge you and that's it.

$5.85 a gallon is to high to be paying for propane.How does propane cost more than regular gasoline..I don't understand.if things don't change with the price I may be switching over to another company.

Customer service is the absolute worst. Have had to call multiple times, always have a poor experience. Cant understand foregin based reps, ask to be tranferred to US and hung up on multiple times. Wait times insane, provided misinformation and still awaiting supervisor call back. Absolutely terrible!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Lack of communication, lack of common sense. Any AmeriGas reps do not have the proper training to do their job.

SHOCKING HOW MY TANK WAS LEFT!NO ONE in all these years has EVER DONE THAT.I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT.DISGRACEFUL UNACCEPTABLE & UNBELIEVABLEThe only good thing was I got my gas, else I would have GIVEN 1 (ONE) STAR.DO CONTACT ME! I'm not too sure you'd like to use this for promo or ads of any kind...I've been a customer for DECADES BTW

So far I am pleased with Amerigas service. I received a email few days back I am required to pay upfront for my delivery. How can I pay upfront before the delivery when I don’t know the amount? I was traveling till 12/11.23 and it took 2 days to pay for the delivery. Please explain why I am put on the prepaid customer?
