Went online to schedule delivery and it was never recorded even though we did receive an automated phone call telling us to be home. Called the phone number and the girl (sorry don't remember her name) was very nice and put in a rush request for us and thank goodness we got our delivery before we ran out of gas

you have the worst customer service I've ever seen. Even worse than Comcast, and I didn't think that was possible. your company is a complete scam. I would give you negative 10 stars if I could. The problem with your company, is that if I decide to go to a competitor, I have to pay you to come out, and dig up my yard; so a different company can come in and install this. You know this; and know that nobody will want to go through the hassle. So you don't care at all; because you think that nobody will ever cancel your TERRIBLE service. But as soon as I'm out of my busy season at work; Im going to go through the hassle of getting rid of Amerigas on general principle. These "surveys" are a complete joke. I don't even understand why you would insult your customers intelligence by pretending you care with these ridiculous surveys. I give you the same feedback every single time - and nothing gets done and you actually get worse. I honestly think that the only reason this survey exists is because you want to see who gives you one star so you can treat them worse; and play the childish game of seeing who will go through the hassle of digging up their yard.

Signed up for a required “safety check” got a 2 hour window, but tech never showed up & no calls either. I left two messages and still have not received any calls back to reschedule etc. plus they sent me a refund check addressed to my deceased husband’s name.

We had an issue with our tanks, but were able to solve it with a very diligent employee getting involved.

Communication is virtually non existent. Customer service people do not understand even the basics of the companies products and services. Amerigas contacted ME about installing a wireless tank monitor. I said yes.....didn't get scheduled. I called and the supposedly scheduled the installation for the same week. Never happened. MONTHS later they contacted me again. I said yes. Didn't get scheduled. I called. Got scheduled and this time got installed. But, it doesn't work and I was left with no instructions on "set-up". Called again and the CSR didn't know what today. Transfered me. That CSR said I was supposed to install some third party App on my phone. That didn't make sense as I want to see the tank reading on my customer account webpage. Called another CSR who said DO NOT install the App on my phone. They said they'd send someone out. I have no evidence they did and the monitor still doesn't work. I've given up.

Driver backed heavy truck onto my driveway. My drive is not designed to handle heavy loads and there was no need to put the truck in the drive. The driver saved maybe 10 feet of hose pull and the pull is not that long to start with.

Overcharge people and then hold money in account. and when i call they say they can only send a check but yet you charge me for credit card payment.....

(. Be careful with this company. All Amerigas customers are such a degrading company. They don't care if they don't have gas on a weekend and they don't even come to sharpen the tank. They just charge you and that's it.
