I went to America's Best for a "free" eye exam to get two pairs of reading glasses. The exam was supposed to be free, but they ended up charging me for it anyway. When my glasses finally arrived, I couldn't wear them for more than two minutes without feeling dizzy. I tried to return them because they were the wrong prescription, but they refused to give me a refund. Terrible experience.

Best eye care clinic. The customer service is always amazing no matter who is working. Kiran, Isabella, and Vanessa are very friendly and they are always customer oriented. Always welcoming and never too busy. Dr.Orrett is the best, she’s genuine and patient. Great customer service.

This was by very first time having such a spectacular visit at an eye doctor/ vision place! From making the appointment was easy to walking in the front door! The staff was great and greeted me with a smile! I was instructed to have a seat and wait to be called because I had the option to do the paperwork before hand. Seen the Tech Isabella and she was great!! Seen Dr. Orrerte and she was the best ever and helped me with my mom and she’s not her patient! She loves her job and you can tell it’s not just a job!! It’s her passion!! Checking out was with Jeveen and she’s good as well!! I love the staff and would recommend the place 💞

I'm so happy! I called and talked with Isabella, she gave me a quote, then I went into store. She was at lunch but other associates helped me! TY all!

Went 8 days ago to the shop and ordered my reading glasses. Salesperson promised me that they are done today since I am leaving town for 10 days!! He said no problem. After calling today they told me that it always takes 2 weeks ! So no glasses for my trip. Have to buy some cheap one to read and see. Very upset

We brought into the store two pairs of glasses that had broken. We were helped immediately by the store’s general manager and he was a miracle worker. We would have bought new glasses except that we’re both going have cataract surgery, and we’ll get our new glasses after the surgery. We’ve been going to America’s Best for six years now and are extremely satisfied.

Bianca was super kind and thorough. Double checking everything to make sure it was accurate. This is my first time and it was an amazing experience. Super clean, organized and just an overall good environment. Hopefully this business is still running when my kids come by.
