Horrific. My company ships cars all over the world and has for over 40 years. Our entire experience with this company was a disaster. The staff were some of the rudest I have ever worked with...hanging up on me and an associate. Take your business to Schumacher or Rinkens. I've never had an issue with either. This was a fiasco.

Just spoke to the operater, and they would not confirm if a vehicle was delivered to them, said she does not care and will not even transfer me to someone who can confirm it. It was a slap in the face.. I was being very nice and trying to be nice but she kept yelling at me... if you are like me and need a confirmation for your vehicles do not ship with them because they are snotty brats at the front desk.

I normally do not write reviews but I have to say this tops my list as arrogant and unprofessional. Talked to a man in dispatch and he laughed at me for requesting them to look for a shipment we dropped off to them. He said that unless I can tell him who the contact person was he would not even attempt to look it up even though I gave him the name of the person that commissioned them to take the shipment. Stay away from these people. They take your shipment and will not except responsibility for even receiving it! Imagine that! They even signed for it! If I could give a negative zero I would.
