I have been living at Amaray Las Olas, and I must say it has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care exhibited by the building's management team and staff, especially the doorman.The staff, Gary specifically, is not just a regular staff member but a welcoming presence that adds a sense of security and warmth to the building. Gary greets residents and guests with a friendly smile and is always willing to assist with packages, deliveries, and any inquiries. His attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service truly stand out.Overall, I highly recommend the Amaray to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience with exceptional service. From the welcoming staff to the well-maintained facilities, this building has exceeded my expectations.

I love living here! Everyone is courteous and very pet friendly! Mr. Gary Parker is very professional. Sam, Ed, Jessica are wonderful to work with. Javier and the crew are prompt and repair in a timely manner. Excellent experience!

I’ve been here for one year, now and it seems much shorter because it is an easy place to be. The staff really cares about the residents and the concierge, Gary, is exceptional. My dog, Emma, loves him.

10/10 Easily the best building I’ve lived in here in FTL..Gary (concierge) is extremely professional when running the front desk. I’ve never had any issues with packages or guest Ill miss all of the perks of living at Amaray, especially the great people who run the property ??

Can you imagine having to pay for parking just to visit a friend?How do you pay for said parking?By scanning a QR code posted everywhere in an area of the building your phone signal is at best non-existent.How greedy are these people?!

The move-in experience was super easy. Ed and team were helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean and ready, and any maintenance requests were quickly resolved. Highly recommend!

We moved in about a month ago and so far it has been a great experience for us. Ednick was a great guide for us during our first visit, then made things effortless for us to transition into our new home and community. The premises are well maintained, the location is unbeatable, and the people are respectful and great neighbors.

I had the opportunity to visit the Amaray and toured with Ednick, who I believe is the assistant property manager. He provided the best customer service I've ever experienced—knowledgeable and very kind. Ednick took his time, welcomed us with open arms, and the tour of the amazing building was fantastic. Currently living in Virginia, we're contemplating relocating to Florida for work, and the Amaray is a strong consideration. We appreciate the building's stand-alone charm and its quiet atmosphere.

My husband and I toured this building yesterday; walked in and was greeted by Ed, he was great, very helpful and informative. He provided excellent customer service. The building itself is beautiful and clean with great amenities. Of all the places we toured, it was the best and exactly what we’ve been looking for.

I recently singed at the Amaray and my experience here has been, by far, one of the best. I was very impressed by the building and exceptional staff. Upon my move day I met Samantha, the property manager. She was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful with anything I needed. Ednick was my leasing agent that showed me the unit and has been very helpful with every need or request. He followed up with me to make sure my move in went well and if there was anything I needed. Any maintenance requests were promptly addressed and the security they have here gives me peace of mind. I also really enjoy the fact that there is someone collecting packages at the front versus having to sort through them yourself in a package room. My experience has been 5-star so far!

My experience at Amaray Las, Olas, is unsurpassed. From the moment I walked into the front desk I realized this is where i wanted to live. The leasing staff, specifically Ed.was very helpful. On the first visit, he showed me around the building and a couple of units that were available. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to complete the application the same day. However, Ed continue to assist me in finding a unit that I can afford and that I would be happy. I really feel like he went the extra mile to help me In this transaction. Another factor that I was very impressed with is how everyone knew each other, As we walked around in the building, Ed was very friendly and courteous to everyone around him. His professionalism and Kindness really impressed us. Today I was finally approved and I am so excited to be a part of the. Amaray Las Olas family!
